What is a review? Well maybe it has to do with the going to the storage room. When one goes to that place of storage the map should also indicate the location if it had that point or number or arrow to go to. Follow those lines numbers of other storages to turn to and you will get to your storage room. This is my review if that were to be available and nothing is on the wall so I was confused. Although, Carmen the rep helped us a lot and you and doing everything so I was playing the naive person and asking questions and getting answers and she said the map was available but I'll leave it at that. Because the size unit that I reserved was not available on the day, staff upgraded me to a larger unit for the same price. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have access to the loading bay closest to the unit. Overall, still excellent service.

The folks working at the front desk were super helpful. They helped me find my unit and showed me an easy way to remember where to find it!!

I priced out all of the local storage units with available space, and this one had the best deal by far. The online setup was easy and the the staff were helpful, informative, and friendly. It was a simple and easy process and I am happy with my unit.

The process was so simple and straight up! Simply reserve a unit online and go in to sign some paperwork. The facilities are clean and nice lit, and well kept! The staff was super friendly and willing to take the time to show me a few units until I was completely happy. Glad a made the jump from Clutter to Public Storage!

I love the staffs out there. All of them are very friendly and helpful. I'm deducting a star off because the facility is very old and their elevator is very small that it's hard to fit a dolly. Otherwise price is very reasonable and not too far from 405.

REVISION of my initial review: After contacting Public Storage headquarters and filling a complain there, I feel that in order to be fair, I must revise my review. Sarah took over my case and the only thing I can say aside a huge thank you, is that this girl in an asset to Public Storage and an excellent professional. She worked hard, corrected and solved all problems and provided me with a solution offering nothing less than excellent service. It is clear that not all fingers of the hand are the same and the same applies to employees as well. Again THANK YOU Sarah for your professionalism and everything. Original review: Terrible and rude stuff. I booked a reservation and when they called me they said they will cancel it and when i asked the reason they hang up on me. Called back and the employee refused to give me her name or any reason for the cancellation. At this point to clarify that i have an excellent credit of 780, no late payments, absolutely clear record. Their behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional and i am in the process of filling and official complain. Do yourself a favor and stay away...

Sarah, Walter, and Juan have been so nice and welcoming to me ever since I went into the day I left. Great customer service, very organized in their office, and showed support. Lastly, I want to say hello to my future mormon husband.

Walter was a great help in reserving a space for my car. Helpful and friendly, I would recommend this Storage facility for people needing low cost car storage!!!!

Staff was very helpful. The layout, with many twists and turns, was hard to navigate, made more difficult by the rolling carts, which only had two turning wheels and were hard to steer.

The only thing this a bit disconcerting is that I was told from a person who has a unit a few doors down from mine that the floor was broken into about 6 months prior and that insurance did nothing and the mgmt didn't inform the renter until a few days after the burglary happened. Also the security camera in the office isn't working so I would definitely ask that mgmt please get that working.
