I talked with a young guy on the phone and he was so helpful and compassionate about my circumstance. But gave me a great referral to Public Storage. I worked with Ethan, and he was kind, professional, and understanding. He was knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. The facility looked well maintained and secure. I would highly recommend Public Storage, specifically on Atlantic Ave. Thank you so much!

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a storage facility, small, the front office is usually unattended. The reviews online are not good. Multiple customers stating theft and break-ins occur often with assistance from the employees/manager. Can only access storage during office hours.

The team was on it from day one after I booked the storage online. They reached out and made sure I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have questions and booked the size I needed. They checked back in about a week before move in and then a day before. I really appreciate the time they took!

Liz was professional and courteous processing me as a new renter. I needed boxes, you had boxes. It was quick and easy! I was shown to my new storage unit which was clean, easy to access and well lit. My gate credentials worked without a hitch. Nothing was difficult, I was in and out without any trouble at all. It was a breeze - even signed up for autopay and it was set up for me by Liz. And insurance. I unloaded my belongings and that was it. No loose ends to tie up when I left.

The young lady that helped me provided wonderful customer service when I arrived I realized I needed a bigger unit and weren't any available so she called another location and did the necessary paper work the other agent at the other location was very helpful as well

Highly recommend this location!!! Public Storage is usually a great choice already, but this location tops them all! Prices are outstanding here, especially considering the great quality of the facility and the knowledgeable staff- Kimberly went absolutely above and beyond to make our storage rental experience as easy and stress-free as possible, as well as helping us and educating us to ensure that our belongings would be as safe an kept as clean as possible. I have rarely come across customer service this wonderful and thorough, and her welcoming smile and kindness sure helped brighten our stressful day! To sum up-great location, very clean and secure facility, stellar customer service- and all at an unbelievably low price!
