The prices are too high and I'm not satisfied with the fact that I have to buy separate insurance to make sure my items or should cure from theft this should be something then is guaranteed

4.5 STARS out of 5. Things to do or do better. You must get out of the vehicle to enter gate code to open/close, not fun in bad weather. Have a drive up code box instead. Unit numbers are very hard to see when in the vehicle. They are small and at top of unit. Good stuff: Pretty much everything else! Great price on a 10 x 20 drive up unit, this really made a huge difference, rather than unloading to a cart, going thru a door and down a long hallway to a unit. Open long hours & open 365 days. A light in the unit to give some light, way better than nothing. Extra close to my place.

I read on the receipt that I received after purchasing a lock from your company that I had 30 days to return items in good/same condition. I located a lock that at I had previously purchased so when I went into the Long Beach Cherry Storage facility I informed that they did not accept previously purchased locks because they didn't know where they had been or used. Why do you state you can return items if it is a selected item/s? That is a misleading statement. Please notify me of your findings in this matter at your earliest convenience.

After a recent rental of a second space in the same facility, I was not given the promotion because I'm already renting a space so I had to pay full price. Thinking it was going to be a deal, I was disappointed not getting the rebate. Now yesterday I received an email that my first rental space is raising the price by 36.00dollars. I been there for aliitle over two years. The price is getting pricy and will have to make alternatives soon. It's crazy but it's business.

The check in and reservation process was super easy The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. They offered me all types of options and walked me out to show me units that were available for rent. I appreciate being shown the units. I felt comfortable knowing that all my very special personal belonging would fit inside the unit. Move in day was very easy and the access to the unit was easy. My one concern is that there seems to be renters there often spending too much time there. I don't feel 100 percent secure.

The advertising always says $1 for the first month and that's how they get people to sign up but he first month this time was not $1 and due to short notice and location we had no choice. Your supposed to save money when you put stuff in storage but this place forces you to use more.

Great place, i feel my things are safe here, they have multiple controls in place (at least in the inside buildings) so only other renters can get to the storage areas. The manager was very helpful. HINT: Before renting, go online and compare prices. I got a great internet only deal, only because the timing was perfect. The rates change often based on how many open units they have in the size you want. I saved over $50 per month on one of the largest indoor units.

I don't like the idea that I can't choose my own rental date. Not everyone can afford all there bills and rent on the 1-10th. I didn't move my stuff in on the 1st & I will always have to pay a late fee after the 10th. When you are in a emergent situation you have to adjust but because I'm disabled and had to move for all my upcoming surgeries. That's the only reason why I had to get storage. Unfortunately, I am on a fixed income until I return back to work so that makes it difficult . I'm going to be more worried about trying not to get a lien on my personal items instead of recovery from my surgeries during these days. Otherwise, your service is just fine!

From start to finish (actually from start to still going), this place and the ladies, Corrine & Tina, are A-W-E-S-O-M-E !!!!! After looking at several storage locations closer to my house and at first discounting this location because it's located on Cherry Ave, which can be iffy, I was referred here because it's actually in a decent area. The location is clean, it's easy to get in and out of and the staff are courteous, helpful and fun (not necessary but a bonus as far as I'm concerned). Oh ya, it ended up being less expensive too! I highly recommend storage your stuff here!!!

Reserving online was simple. Being able to see exactly what sizes were available at the location and then reserve it right away was great. And the manager literally called it right away (within 5-10 minutes of reserving) to set up a time for us to come in and finalize everything and get our space. The price wasn't "cheap" but was competitive. The service once there was excellent. The units were clean and well laid out and easy to access. I would definitely use Public Storage again if I need a storage unit.

Called public storage main office, asked us a few questions and gave us a location which was less than a mile away from my office. Went to that location and saw the storage and got a 50% discount on first month signed got the keys abd pin for gate showed us how to access it and hours of the gate done!. 30 mins total time.
