I came into public storage a few days ago. This was my first time using a storage facility. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining prices and the best size that will work for me. Alex got me the supplies that I needed to protect all my glass items. He also helped protect it for me and with our moving supplies was so good that all my stuff fit perfectly in the unit he recommended :)

Alex offered great service when I rented he made sure I had the right size to fit my stuff in also boxes that I would need too! I wasn't happy with prices on boxes they were extremely high but service was awesome!

If one took the time to evaluate all the public storage offerings in northern Orange County, the facilities that would come up at the top of most people's list are Public Storage. Being the biggest doesn't always translate to being the best in any business segment, but it does apply to Public Storage, especially to the Los Alamitos Public Storage facility at 3752 W. Cerritos Avenue. The Property Manager there, Alex, is a long-time staple and the tenants renting there, including myself, are glad Alex runs a "tight ship" while being knowledgeable, polite, and offering assistance whenever asked. Alex makes certain the facility is always clean and functioning properly (like the light fixtures that provide excellent illumination in all hallways). A key feature of this Public Storage facility that is most important for new upper-level tenants are two very spacious freight elevators that make moving-in quick and easy. And you'll never encounter difficulty parking vehicles, even large trucks, in the ample parking lot. It's easy to rate this place 10 out of 10. ~Bob

It doesn't get any better. The clerk at the desk was a 100. He smiled, he answered every question and showed me to the bin. The place was super clean.
