I needed a storage place in a pinch and Maria was extremely helpful and friendly. She found a bunch of different options for me and gave me a whole tour of the building. It's super easy to access, has dollies for you to use, and the storage units are clean and tidy.

Hours are very bad. Closes by 5:45 M-S and evenings are the only free time I have to go to storage. Price is a little high for such limited access and small storage space.

Friendly people , easy access

Price is right compared to other storage facilities in the surrounding area. Customer service was lacking on my initial move-in. I waiting in line for a little over 30 minutes as the gentleman behind the counter processed another customer. After having moved all morning, I was tired, smelly and hungry. When it was my turn, there was some difficulty getting everything entered into the system as some software was down. Finally, after everything was entered, the representative had the nerve to ask me if I would wait a bit longer because some other customer (who was nowhere in sight when I arrived) had been waiting a "long time" to make a payment. I thought it was quite rude and I was offended by this suggestion and told the representative so. He didn't send me my access code or any of the documents I signed to my email. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on my copies. I came back the next day and the store manager gave me a temporary access code and was supposed to send my permanent code to my email but never did.

The over all rating, I gave four stars because the restrooms are not convenient. ГўЛњВ№ГЇВёВЏ

The space is fine however the customer service availability is horrendous. They only have 1 person onsite and there have been times when I have been there waiting for over an hour for someone to unlock the door for access.

SH Storage is a very clean facility. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and forthcoming. Be Warned: They are switching to a new locking system for the units which uses a specialized lock that you must purchase from them ($20). This means you can no longer use your own lock. Otherwise all is great with Signal Hill Storage.

The facility was clean. The check in process is a bit lengthy

Seems a little unsafe and the carts are not accessible to move your stuff. One elevator and you have to offer a DL to use there cart if they are in the office.

This facility is great. customer service is great, but they need more than 1 person working at a time. Short staffed sonwait times get long.

I like my little space new area. I found it pretty easy to get to from back as well.

The floors were very dirty of the unit I rented. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful, I'm not sure how secure the place is considering anyone can walk in during business hours.

Great customer service when we first got the storage unit, they went through everything and gave us a tour. Haven't had any problems or issues.

I've had a very positive experience while a tenant. The only drawback is the open and closing hours especially on weekends. I often have late hours at work and if I need something from my unit I have to wait for a time I can get there during your operational hours which seems to always conflict with my work schedule. Other than that I wish the bathroom facility was cleaner and the bathroom was stocked with soap and paper towels. I've found the bathroom locked and no one around yo open it during the operational hours as well.

I have found Signal hill Self storage to be clean and the staff helpful and courteous.There are lots of storage facilities to choose from,but im satisfied with my choice to rent with them

I've had a unit here for about 4 years now and Joel and Edward are great! The customer service, pricing and location are what keep me staying.

The front desk guy was great the manager was a Jerk beyond reproach. We paid upfront and there was a mix up about the storage space location, being that we paid up front and we were showed the wrong space we felt the manager could have honored the price for the space showed to us. He refused to do anything. I would take a chance on someone willing to pay up front than taking a chance on not getting paid, but that's just me.

Logically weird layout, but once you understand how to get to the store and where to park, where to load/unload it no problem.

Maria worked really hard to help when the moving truck was not there on time, and the carts were all locked up with the keys off site. She made sure I got a double charge for the truck reversed, and finally broke the lock to make sure I could continue my move into the basement. She rocks! Their Entry system is currently not working, so things are not completely secure, but I have been told it is being replaced. As long as that happens right away, the place is much better than the facility I just left!!

My husband and I are moving to long beach and in need of a storage unit. After researching prices on spare foot, we ran across signal hill. Prices are a lot more affordable then some of the other competitors and they offer a buy 4 months, get two months free! So far we are happy with the overall experience and look forward to keeping our storage needs with them.

I like this place a lot...easy to sign up, good price, people are nice. The only thing I ask is that they fix the lock on the back door entrance to make it more secure. Thanks!

Great prices and friendly people

The staff was friendly, flexible and knowledgeable.

I was in somewhat of a rush due to other things I had to get done, however the lady that helped me quickly answered my questions and got me set up pretty quick. The storage units themselves seem secure and well maintained.

Maria is an awesome employee. She was helpful, knowledgeable and had a great can do attitude. She herself alone would be enough to recommend the facility.

The Attendant was courteous. He multi-tasked well.

We reserved our storage space in advance having viewed the location and the space that would be made available to us. The guy who assisted us was excellent. All the paperwork was ready for us to sign when we arrived with our belongings to store.

There are roaches everywhere !!!!!
