I was able to get a great price at a great facility. The access hours are very good (6 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week, except 5 major holidays). Martin, who works there, is very friendly and accommodating. When you move in, they make a truck and driver available to you for free (one-trip limit) to help you get your things into storage.

The customer service was great. They provided a truck, with the driver to transport our items to the storage unit at no additional cost. All of the staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean and kept up. I would recommend this storage facility to others who are looking.

By far the best facility I have ever used for storage. . The manager there is Chris absolutely the best non better. He is nothing but a professional extreamly helpful and courteous absolute best place I have ever by far bar none ever used to store anything of mine . I live in Oregon and as a business owner who uses several storage facilities throughout oregon and Washington I have yet to get the service that both Chris and Martine provide thanks guys for all you do

This is the first time in forever that I have needed/rented additional storage. I reserved a space online, when I went in to the Sante Fe Springs location, Chris (mgr.) was not only very helpful but he made the transaction very smooth. Everything went off without a hitch, thanks to Chris.

My daughter living out of state is hard enough. Now she had to move out of her dorm for the Summer all on her own. I can not express how friendly and helpful everyone was at this storage facility.. Not only we had access to a free truck, but they also helped her load and unload it!!! I will never go anywhere else. FAST, FRIENDLY, AND THE MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE I HAD THE PLEASURE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH!!! A++++++ SERVICE BY FAR :) Thank you Chris for all your help!!!
