I've rented here for 2 years now. Rental price is comparable to other locations but this one has easy on off fwy. access, great customer services, safe, clean, and on-site security. The customer service is stellar, unlike other storage facilities, someone has always been available to amswer any questions or concerns. There is a guard who lives on-site so I haven't been concerned about someone breaking into my trailer. I'm happy I rented here.

I reserved a space online but was able to go to the facility in the afternoon. Well, I got there 5 minutes before closing and Jesse was kind and helpful enough to do the paperwork needed for me to have the unit ready. He stayed a few minutes after closing. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great costumer service! Thank you!

The units become very hot and there is a bad smell that I really hope doesn't effect my belongings. I'm currently searching for a new storage location.

I was looking all over LA for a 5x10 for a reasonable price and too be honest, it couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get any better.... every time I arrived to drop some thing of, management was there to get the gate...amazing

The staff is eso helpful and nice. The price is great! Beats all storage prices I've had experience with. Its quick and easy. They explain everything real clearly and just there positive attitude is a 10 plus.

Clean, the gate hours are ridiculous , the elevator is ridiculous and DANGEROUS . I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY SMALL CHILDREN UPSTAIRS OR AROUND THE. ELEVATOR/ramp. They close to early daily and you have to get out of your car and go into the office to check in to your own storage and wait on them to allow u thru the gate. Making me feel that i have no control over my own unit i pay for, AND I DONT BECAUSE ITS ALL ABOUT THEM AND THERE TIME.

If I needed frequent access, I'd go somewhere else. You're limited in when you can access storage, it's in a weird place off a highway exit ramp, and there were all these extra steps to sign up. Their computer system is outdated, and they didn't tell me in advance I needed renters insurance, so I didn't bring proof of it and it couldn't be pulled up on their outdated system.
