Rented an interior 5x10 unit on second floor, so move-in took a little bit of extra time waiting for the lift. Other than needing extra timeﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦthe price was the best for storing sonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s apartment furniture for the summer. Not looking forward to move-out when school starts. Will definitely rent here again!

Clean and spacious. Location is convenient, However the hours of operation, 10am-6pm, is not so convenient.

When you are moving, it can be such a stressful time but the ladies working here made my experience seamless and AMAZING! I felt valued and validated. BY FAR the best experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had storing my belongings! And shoutout to lady from WV, she made this Kentucky Girl feel seen. THANK YOUUUUUU!

I arrived when they opened having to be at work in less than an hours. Pam, was so helpful answered every question I had and anticipated my next. Off-loaded, paid, paperwork in-hand, off i went to work and arrived on time with 10 minutes to spare. Thanks Pam- see ya some Saturday!

Great customer service. I love ❤️ the facility security. They have hours and round the clock surveillance. Location is terrific. Monthly rental cost is reasonable thus far. Let’s hope it stays that way.

Ez storage was easy to find, had the best price, is very clean, and the front desk service was exceptional. Wish front gate worked with code 100% of time, instead of having to call.

The main office person was great and very nice. I love that they have plenty of dollies available for free. The price and space of the unit is great. Also feels very safe.

I originally booked one unit for a good price that I wasn’t thrilled with. The staff took the time to show me other units that I might like better without trying to “up-sell” me.

Keith was the one that helped me, and I was looking for a storage. When talking with Keith it felt like just talking to an old friend. He was friendly, understanding, professional. Everything just lined up perfectly and I was able to get the storage I wanted the next day. The price and unit size exceeded my expectations. Simple easy and clean.

The only downside is that they open at 10 am, so you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t access the storage unit early morning or late at night.

The facility was SUPER Clean. Security is well done and access is easy. Different sizes to accommodate my needs and several to choose from. The staff though is by far the best part! Pam (A Super Star in customer service) and Chris made the move in process quick, easy and headache free. Next time I went, the staff was wonderful again. Chris and Keith were upbeat and eager to assist. Thanks you guys for all your time and help finding me a perfect place to store my home!!

The only glitch was our inability to reserve the space beyond the 3-day limit. We were our of town and needed an extra 2 days. We had to make another reservation for the same unit, and were told that in the interim the price had gone up from $511 t0 $545 per month. We've had a smaller space at the same facility for many years. This seemed petty and unreasonable.

Quick process to rent a unit and very easy to access but also very secure. Helpful staff.

I originally reserved a 10x7 unit, but after viewing the unit, I decided to rent the larger unit in the new section. More expensive, but it was just what I needed. I'm so appreciative that Keith mentioned the larger space and so very kindly was able to switch my reservation to the larger unit. It took longer, but the staff was very efficient in getting it done quickly. I'm very appreciative of the staff and the space! Thank you!
