The customer service team is professional, kind, helpful. The price is unbeatable, the space is clean like a room and very safe. The location is excellent.

My 10 by 10 storage locker is nice and cool on the bottom floor. Not super convenient to get to but not too bad either. The carts are helpful and have, so far, been readily available. I wish there was a light in the room but I guess I can pick up a battery operated lantern somewhere. The staff has been helpful and friendly. So far, I've had a positive experience.

I was helped by two wonderful women who saw me struggling to move all my things into my unit. Not only were they polite, very informative, patient, and kind with me. They helped me find my unit and even took the time to come show me exactly where it was at again! (Its a pretty big maze of units) but I felt safe nonetheless. The ladies went above and beyond for me here and I am forever grateful for the kind gesture that they did for me that day. I was going through alot emotionally and they saw that and really actually helped. Thankyou very much and I highly recommend this storage space for everyone :)

I love this storage facility! Super clean (always smells like disinfectant) friendly service and I always see security either roaming the halls and/or near the front gate. The prices are extremely reasonable, definitely feel like I lucked out for my storage unit. Highly recommend this place!

Found this place kind of last minute and it's a bit far from my apartment..but totally worth it. Ana was incredibly great to work with and the whole place is well kept. My only recommendation would be to add door stops to the doors that lead to smaller units. It'd make things easier when carrying boxes and such in and out.

I needed self storage after leaving my apartment and my new place was delayed. I looked at several facilities and was so happy with everything at EZ Storage. I made a reservation online and was promptly called back by Veronica it was wonderful and very helpful. The staff helped make this stress-free. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be happier and would recommend EZ Storage to anyone needing storage space.

I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be happier with my experience. Unfortunately there was a three day lapse between leaving my old home and my new home being available so this had to happen very quickly. The staff here were friendly and kind and so wonderful and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs soft storage.

Lower cost because it's not temperature controlled. Security is limited. Only one person was watching the property front gate when we checked in. It's the only security to the property. The Storage units can be accessed then without a security check. The Storage doors are hollow core not sold core, so they can be broken into

Customer service was great. Not fancy but serves itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s purpose. Unit I reserved was not available so I had to take the next thing - so the rate was higher than expected but there is a 2 month discount so sorta made up for it.

I needed to rent a storage unit to hold some stuff while my daughter is between apartments. The online reservation was super easy, I got text and voice mail follow ups, and knew exactly what to expect. Upon arrival, the office staff was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. The load in was easy the unit itself was in great condition. Overall, I was really pleased with the whole experience.

So far so good. The staff is very professional and pleasant . The only complaint I have is my unit is too dark. A light and light switch would be appreciated
