The whole process of renting a storage place is quick and easy. Both staff over the phone and in person are very nice and friendly. They're willing to help. Staff gave me an in-person tour about storage in and out process. I had a very pleasant experience working with them. My belongs are safely stored there.

The staff was very friendly and personally showed me the location I wanted to rent. The height of the storage space is very high, you can store a lot of things, and the light is sufficient. I am very satisfied! The sparefoot is good!

Office staff explained everything well.

Very friendly staff and easy access to facility. I was told I got the second floor but when I got there I somehow wound up on the 3rd floor. No big deal. Clean and convenient.

First time getting a storage,was a little scared but the staff was incredibly profesional,nice and made me feel right at home.I couldnt have been more satisfied with the whole experience.Facility is so huge which scared me a little but she walked me through to my space explained everything i needed to know and the place is extremly clean. I have been a customer here for many years. It used to be a decent price for what you get. Just be sure to put roach traps. Lately they have been trying to clean it up and stop the homeless from living in a unit all day, but we been paying for it. In the last six months my price has gone up 4 times including last month and the 5th time is next month back to back. There is nothing more being offer to me for this. Almost doubled in a year and a half. 10 more dollars to go. Also online it says 24 hour access but when your there it's posted if not out by 8pm a $50 charge will be added to your account.

First time at your facility and was impress. The facility has been built years ago, upkeep has me at Wow. Looks band new. Google listed first to check website. I would Refer a friend or relative any time. Hours of the facility will accommodates people that need to get into the facility. Staff was professional, courteous and greeted me by name. The facility is spotless with an emphasis on security and customer service. Patricia took her time to explain all the rules, regulations, responsibilities and amenities. I got a great deal on a great unit at a terrifically located facility. I could not be more satisfied with the experience.

We have a 10x14 unit at the facility for a great price. We moved in and it was under $200 for the first two months. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d definitely recommend this place to my friends and if I ever need to use storage again Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll definitley be coming back

The onsite manager was super helpful and expedited my check-in. The facility was clean, everything went smoothly when I unloaded my 15ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ Uhaul.

Awesome place to store your items. You can store them and receive a free lock if you add the automatic payment withdraws with a CC. Inside it is clean and spacious with lots of privacy. The place is air conditioned as far as I could tell and doesn't smell moldy. Storage hours are pretty reasonable and the location looks pretty secure.

Great place to store. Has A/C inside so its cool right now in this hot season. No odors inside and there is elevator. They have carts you can use to move your stuff and you can get a free lock with monthly billing at least as of 3/12/17. Only issue is that there is no 24 hour access. They close at 8pm and after that you can't get any of your stuff. Still a nice place with friendly staff.

I'm happy with the storage unit I was given. I am a AAA member so I got the first month free. The storage place looks clean and well kept with a lot of ventilation. Easy to access with the access code provided. They have small carts you can borrow to carry your things inside which was helpful. Plus free lock if you get automatic payments.

I am thankful to the staff for their help with my mom in. I was also given a free lock thanks to the automatic payments option which was helpful. The place is nice and clean with good ventilation. They also have little carts to lend out for you to carry your stuff. Nice place with lots of space available.

I would recommend to others. The location is near the 10 fwy making it easily accessible.

The move in was easy, price was right, facility was clean and seemed extremely safe.

Overall it's was good but the lady who helped me didn't explain anything to me I had to ask about carts usage, I didn't know we had to buy our own locks.

Good deal staff was really nice the only thin would be if she guided and explained the process a little more. She should have told me about buying my own lock or borrowing the loading carts instead of having to ask her about them. But overall nice

They were very helpful despite the rished manner in which we moved in.

On my first visit my my access numbers wa denied then I was able to get in through another customer but when I get to my unit there was a lock . Luckily Mike the security was able to cut lock. There needs to be better communication from security to customer service to customers. Very disappointed.

Worked out great. Easy access and wide doors

The physical area may be difficult to get in and out of, particularly if you have a large truck or are carrying a trailer. However, the staff are very willing to help with any issues that arise, and the facilities themselves are easy to access when it comes to the act of storage. It may be a bit pricey, but all in all it's affordable, clean storage that seems well kept and safe.

The employees were very helpful and accommodating. The storage unit was the perfect size and moving in was much easier than I'd expected! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Very nice storage facility with many options for sizes of units. Pricing seems reasonable compared to comparable facilities but it is a little far out for me. Still not a place I go to often so it's worth the drive for the price.

I asked for the smallest unit (wich was available) because I had only a few things, but they gave me a bigger one. I had to insist to have a smaller. Outstanding place and service from any point of view.

I was hoping to get a 2nd floor place but got a 3rd floor. Good solid staff / clean location, wish it was closer to LA though.

It's a great facility and it's in the better part of El Monte.

Some interesting people and obvious hording situations put me at a slight unease but they were friendly and you can't beat the price.

The people were very helpful and we had no problems at all other than a lock on the entry door (which was recently installed) that needed a little extra nudging to get open.

Best price in the area. Easy access and safe gated facility. They have dollys and carts available for use on site.

I found this place online - not close to home but not too far. Price was the best around for the size we needed and everyone has been very helpful. Facility is clean and I like the security features - code entry, cameras, alarms, sprinklers.
