Bathrooms often locked. Gates difficult to open as keypad is far from gate. Too many keypads. To reach a 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor unit you must key codes at THREE locations. Despite relating I had my own lock the desk person insisted "We do not do refunds." My lock fee would be credited to next month rental charge. Unacceptable. Only one entrance to building delays all clients. Short open hours. Particularly on Sundays. Recap. Handle bathroom before arriving. Run from gate keypad, jump in vehicle, hope the swinging gate bends no metal of yours. Plan on slow loading and unloading.
