By far the best decision I made. this facility happens to be the lowest pricing I was able to find online. when I got to the facility there were no gimmicks true to their word and the best pricing. The staff made it very easy for my move, very clear on instructions, very helpful and made me feel safe. thank you so much I will be telling everyone about this facility. grab a unit fast as you can... Gentlemen at the counter is very helpful and courteous.

The price is decent. However, the added insurance, is what increases the cost. It is a catch, you are not told about the insurance, until you arrive. I didn't appreciate that, at all. It is a sales tactic. Customer should be told about, any hidden additional fees, initially.

I think it's too much money for the space. But then I am from another state. That space would be about 60.00 where I come from.

Easy process and excellent service.

Came back with trolley after gentlemen had gone to lunch I would have had to find busy work for another 30 minutes (so I could return and trolley a d obtain my ID). But the gentlemen ( whom was working by himself) came off lunch to help me vet my ID and leave. He put the customer before himself : )

I highly recommend this storage. It's cheap, clean and they answered every question that I've about the service.

Life storage not only comes with a clean bathroom, but also fair deals for the overly abundant heat in the second floor. Overall the security and privacy makes it worth it.

Great customer service. I was instructed as to how to access my unit in a very polite, efficient and timely manner. Only thing is there was dust in my roll up door and inside the unit, but that is expected in some storage units. Great experience overall.

I really was excited and really liked the service at first, my card was charged twice, my bank account had a domino effect which cost me $102, still haven't gotten my money back, employees told me I could move because I called upset to ask about my money. They didn't like my attitude, neither did I like theirs. But it's my money that I don't have. If they had known what they were doing in the first place my card shouldn't have been swiped 2 times
