Friendly staff. The area outside is a bit sketch but on the whole the place feels secure.

There was a really helpful, kind, flexible person at the desk named Ben. He was delightful to meet and work with. He was extra considerate and helpful during my move in process--even under the duress of another upset customer who was having a problem with the people helping him move.

Everyone was so helpful and polite the security measures are very comforting. The builds well kept as well as all my questions being answered without have to ask them.

A customer service very informative and respectful. Place very clean no graffiti, broken doors or locks. Security is very tight on whoﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s entering the building.

I would recommend Self storage to anyone that's looking for a space with a company that has good quality customer service, and reasonable rates!

The price is right. The quality is good. The customer service outstanding. How convenient is remarkable. The atmosphere just like a 2nd home.

The office only allows one person at a time even though thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a lot of room and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s where purchases take place. Then twice Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve gone and they werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open and were supposed to be. So yes itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s cheaper but also weird hours for storage. 830-5 Saturday but 12-4 Sunday and they were late for that. Unacceptable .

The associates at this location were absolutely amazing, specifically Nora. She helped me every step of the way to secure the space I wanted found a great deal. The facility is very clean & safe, I would definitely recommend.
