Location is nice & clean. Staff was helpful.

The only complaint was the bathroom, or at least the one I used, smelled, and was not clean.

There was no lock in the unit, nobody at the desk, lights did not work and it was very, very difficult to opt out of insurance on the unit. Plenty of parking, clean area, water and bathrooms available easy to get to the locker with the elevators.

Best over deal after researching other companies

The storage is very big for are stuff the people are very nice and helpful if u need anything

Our house was burned down in the Eaton Fire in Altadena. We are moving back and forth to hotels. So the little things we got the storage was helpful and $29 a month for 6 months was within our budget right now and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and the super clean thank you The Schweitzer family

The manager is friendly and I like the clean facilities, but I am curious about the rent increasing every month. I'm a little anxious

I am disabled and had to send my wife to handle things. Staff made all the necessary adjustments and arrangements. My wife said the staff was very friendly.

The manager was very helpful and informative. The facility is clean and safe. I felt very comfortable and relieved to store my belongings there. The price was reasonable too. Although clarification is needed when it comes to the "1st month free" sign on the building. Highly recommend Go Store It! 10/10
