The place is extremely clean and organized. Alfred was very accommodating and helpful during my first visit.

They did not mention in text, only over the phone when I placed my order. The gate code is the code to gain access to your unit. I was panicking with the clock ticking on my U-Haul rented truck...I would be forced to come back a day later, Monday (no way to gets timely response). Luckily the 4th person I asked told me the codes are the same. Other than that, everything went well

A $20 storage has been unheard in CA for years if ever, so this is a great deal, especially since it is conveniently located in Pico Rivera. The service provided was great, move in was smooth and simple to complete. I couldn't believe they included a lock for the unit, so I didn't have to purchase one. The locker style units are high up, though. It will require the use of their step ladders to access, so that is something to consider if you're storing heavy items. Also, the parking is minimal. There are only a few spaces because the facility itself is small and sandwiched between other buildings. Also, expect to see quite a few transients storing at this location, but no issues yet. Overall, good deal, excellent service and I would recommend based on my experience.

The representative over the phone was very friendly & helpful, walked you through every step. So was the employee (Alfredo) at the storage facility, showed me how to operate the gate code, how to get to my unit, and even helped me a little with the unloading! 👍🏼😃

Came to get $13 unit, accessible through a ladder. Employee was able to assist me with getting a unit that doesn't involve a ladder without any issue. Great customer service!!!

Great promotional price. Alfred explained pricing straight forward. Place is clean. Only negative is that there's only one main door to get in and out and three parking spaces ( out of the 8 total ) are in front of it so at times you need to wait to park in front to unload your stuff, specially if you bring a big uhaul truck. Overall this place is great.

Yeah don't like the way they force you to buy some in order to rent the space also the advertisement sucks one says storages starting at 19.00 I don't think I found one for 19.00 plus If you did find one bet it won't be that price at the end of signing that contract it's all in all like being forced fed.
