Not bad. However I was guaranteed that unit is 24-hour access but it was not. Very disappointing.

The promotion price is great, my unit is indoors and it wasn't a long process for renting either also the administrative fee was only $10 a lock I think was $12.

****Warning Be Aware of Theft**** Constant thefts happening from this location. By interviewing other tenants, thefts happens very often. There are people always hanging out in driveway and partying after office hours. Of course , the managements are aware of situation but neglecting and ignoring. Do your research. Google the location. Saving few bucks will not cover your valuable properties worth more than thousands of dollars.

Easy to find and convenient , it has an elevator and that helps quite a bit.

Hall way is very very narrow cannot move heavy firm or rigid items easily. The door to the unit is exceedingly narrow. Overall the place will work well for dwarfs.

Customer service is good but there are only 2 carts available for the whole storage.

This facility is easily accessible, staff is super friendly, and I love the security around the whole place. I felt very comfortable leaving my belonging in the unit, especially with its own security lockdown. The entire faculty was clean! I really enjoyed my visit and working with the staff! Totally encourage choosing this faculty to store your stuff!

I got a 4 months special which was great. When I got there it was fast and easy. The place was very clean. it would be nice if they had security but overall they said there's no break ins therefore, I feel my stuff is secure. I highly recommend this place over Public Storage and are money hungry people.

This is the best storage place.

Over all I give this storage facility a 4 star rating. I'm very happy that I was guided to this spot. Only thing preventing this being 5stars is that the access hrs stop at 7pm. Other then at this place is amazing!

Price was good for what we where looking for. I did ask for 24 hour access, and I thought that is what we had, but that was lost in transaction somewhere. But we are still happy with the service that we are getting.

I spoke with the manager a couple of times at the location where we rented a unit. We couldn't make it the first time because of work schedule. On the Friday we planned on picking up keys, we were delayed because of traffic. I called the manager in our way and explained, he waited for us. He helped upgrade the storage unit to one that would accommodate our things. Thanks for the help!

I spoke with Miguel the manager a couple of times before after selecting the location. On move in day, I was running late due to traffic and called him. He waited for me to get there and explained everything in detail. We changed my storage unit to fit my needs. It all worked out!

I looked for cheap storage and got it! Have had issues almost every time I stop by. The elevator by my unit has been out of order for 3 weeks. They changed their hours recently.. sometimes there is someone behidn the desk who can help you, sometimes its someone who says "wait the other guy will be back soon" and thirty minutes later nothing different...

Honestly, I walked in not knowing what to expect the guy who help us set-up first showed us the space he was so friendly even made sure we had the correct lock. Paper work took less then 10 mins to fill out and we were already placing our stuff in the storage. Also the people whom rents from there storage facility were super friendly and helpful.

Everything went smoothly. I moved into my self stove the day I asked for and the price was ok.

U can't beat the price and the front desk was helpful. No locks or bathroom I had to leave the premises for each during my move. All the while losing money as I wasted time with my movers

On a crowed intersection, relatively safe and clean (cameras everywhere and police department makes rounds) and great amount of space for the price.

I looked for days until I found this site through Sparefoot.

I needed a big space fast, and this was the best in terms of size, price, and accessibility, and getting everything in order was fast and easy. The only thing I would improve is I would prefer the access hours to go an hour or two later, but everything else far outweighs whatever small inconvenience the hours might cause, and the are still more or less reasonable hours.

I love that I was offered the first 12 months at half-off. Once I got there, I was immediately helped to my unit and given the necessary paperwork promptly. I love the space and would definitely recommend storing here!

Easy move in and accessible. Great customer service. Only downfall is limited access hours...you can't access your stuff after 7pm.

The only thing it is so dark in the storage u can not see the lighting from hall way is dark that you can not see in the storage. With prices of storage I'm sure the facility can offwe better lighting. I was not aware there was,not light but I already had paid .the person that rented to me was the nicest person very good on follow up on the reservation.

I set up this storage locker from the east coast. My family was worried that because it was low-cost and located in Montebello that it would be dangerous but it not only seemed totally fine when i arrived, it's kitty-corner from a Public Storage, which is a huge chain. They gave me a security code to get in the gate, and they were accommodating when my moving truck from NYC had to get in to move my stuff into the locker. I spoke to George on the phone, and he was friendly; all the info he told me on the phone was the same in person, no surprises. They were able to move my move-in date 2 days later on short notice. I have only had my stuff there a month so far, so i will have to report back later, but overall the rates are the most competitive i've found, the space was clean, dry, and there there was an elevator to the 2nd floor where my locker is. You have to provide your own lock. I am happy so far!

There good very kind and help full ..just that when called to pee order the unit I was given wring info on my unit I was told that I was receiving a month free I was only paying one time fee paperwork . Yet when I go to they made me 121. No one month free but over all its good

only thing I didn't like is that there isn't any security inside the building so it makes me feel a lil unsafe about my stuff...

Fair price with the 5x6x10 storage. Good customer service. Those are all the things that I care about. Highly recommand it.

Nice service and fare price and those are the things that I care about. You have to buy your own lock somewhere else, though. I'm glade that I pick the right place to keep all my unused stuff.

SpareFoot was great finding me a match storage unit that I needed. they have a good system in place as far as the reservations. Over all it was a good experience.

50% off the current rate is a good price. There were mistakes that were made but staff corrected it once I pointed it out.

Fast sign up, great prices, friendly service, Clean facility, best time frame to move in or out with longer hours than most.

I showed up to check in to my locker, and found that my locker was filled with trash from the previous owner. I had to spend 10-15 minutes to clean up the mess before I could unload all of my stuff, which is something I had figured that the staff would do BEFORE I checked in. If my flight wasn't the next day and I had more time to find another storage unit, I would have canceled my reservation.

The advertised price was 45 only after all the paper work was done and several times saying the price was 45 he said that price was for 6months. After 6 months it would be 65. if he would have told me this price I would have got a storage closer to my house.

Saved $40 bucks a month compaired to most places. The unit was clean
