Overall the pricing was really great and the people they have working the front desk seem to actually care. They were relatively friendly and answered a lot of our questions. Our unit had a little bit of left over wood in it and it wasn't cleaned out when we moved in, but the pieces weren't huge and so we left them.

Compared to all other storages, this place is just as worthy. The units aren't divided by a single sheet of drywall, like some. The premises is video recorded for security. I'm happy with what I'm getting.

Everything was fine except there is absolutely no light to see inside your storage unit. It would help if they had light in the hallways. Other than that the price is great and the facility is clean.

It was very quick and easy to get all the paperwork processed and I was extremely grateful for the use of the free truck and dolly. I was able to move the majority of my items in less than 3 hours when normally it would have taken a few days and more money.

Rosa was nice and helpful. I like the facility it's secure since manager is on site. However my storage was not reserved for the 65 price that I wanted I had a downstairs storage for 80.00 I think it's pretty steep for a small unit of 5"10

Upon move in the elevator for access to the 2nd floor wasn't working. The hours posted on the website are 7am to 7pm 7 days a week. The actual hours are 8am to 4pm and they are closed on holidays. Even access to the storage units are closed on holidays. The hours posted on the website are misleading. We will have to deal with it for now. Thank you.
