The staff maintain regular contact with me until my moving date. When I arrived, there was someone to greet me and had all my information ready and available. The process was very smooth and easy and I was explained in detail the terms of the contract. Then I was showin the space and I was able to move in within minutes.

The manager, Jeremy, is very accommodating. They have an excellent communication system. The staff is kept abreast of any discussions with Jeremy and they will take care of things.

The person who works there should serve people in the order they entered the facility. I had to wait for a while for a person who came after me and was served first.

Was looking for a storage unit that met all of my desires out here in Los Angeles. Closest one I could find was out in Sun city, more than 20 miles away from me. I called up Sparefoot and within minutes the associate had found a unit within 3 miles of me and for half the price. Would highly recommend this website for anyone and everyone who is thinking about getting a storage unit. Thanks!
