Very Nice & clean easy parking

Door is old, it will be good if the door become metal door. It'll be good if have more time to access to the facility. The location is good to me it's convenient to go there.

The gate is simple to access, the facility is clean, the staff is nice, and the hours are decent. Entry through a residential street with one lane access and a ton of parked cars is awkward at times, but the facility itself is nice

I absolutely loved the customer service I received. I was between a couple of places and the customer service I received here made the difference. I would absolutely recommend them.

Great for the price, convinient location, very friendly staff, quick and easy papers process, the only thing I was disappointed was the schedule 7.30am to 6.30pm, limited.

It was a nice and clean site, excellent customer service, storage areas and parking lot are clean. I would recommend the place for anyone.

The unit was clean an spacious and I was able to access it with ease.

It turned out that the unit was actually bigger than I had anticipated, even though I had been given the dimensions when I booked the unit.

Chris was very nice and helpful he help me get a storage. He was fast on the transaction n explained step by step on the process. Facility is very clean!

Pretty great. Just wish I would have been notified you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t use certain types of locks before I bought one because I had to by one at the unit anyways.

We were unable to get the space that we reserved because of a communication error, but the manager was willing to work with us to help us find a better unit. Even though it was more expensive it was still a great deal!

All staff was extremely helpful and professional. I felt like our unit was safe and clean with good security.

Convenient location. Right off the 10, and not so far from the 210 or the 60. Great friendly efficient service. The gate access hours are the same all 7 days. So no trying to remember which day closes earlier/later. Great price for the size. Would definitely recommend this place if you need a storage unit out in this area of Los Angeles.

I've been at this storage facility since August and the owners have been great to deal with, especially since I live in another state. I feel completely secure with my belongings in their care.

Facility was fairly clean and in a quiet residential location. It felt secure knowing there are actual people living near facility instead of the industrial location of most storage places. I also like the fact they have restrooms and trash bins on site for use. Alex, the site manager, was very helpful and thorough. He made the check in process easy. Pricing was competitive and they allowed me to use my existing property insurance.

The customer service reps were great. Easy to communicate with, helpful, and the process was fast and easy. However, I am very concerned about security. The front gate has been open both times I have gone to load of some storage and the front desk attendant had to ask if I was a renter because some random people come in to buy products. The cameras where my unit is located does not really have a good view of my unit. It is in the back corner next to the ditch. There is no camera in that section at all. When I went into the office half of the cameras were not working and it looks like someone tried braking into my storage unit before(I hadn't moved in yet). I think they can definitely upgrade there surveillance and maybe hire a security guard.

Besides the price I liked the layout and the ease of access to the units. It makes it very convenient to pull up and load or unload. Much better than many of the more expensive storage places I checked.

The guy Alex was very helpful. He helped me save money and made things very easy. I rented a U-Haul with no problem and was able to move in the storage on the day I planned to. He even volunteered to stay 30 minutes after closing to make sure I was all the way moved in. The only downside is that the storage was not cleaned thoroughly when I arrived. I found big cobwebs in there that I had to knock down.

came in and meet with Tiffany. She should me the unit and walked me through the sign up process. Very nice to work with. As we were leaving, the manager Alex, brought us some waters and made sure we were happy.

Professional and curteous staff. I like the security measures. However there aren't any cameras that monitor the smaller units so if a break in occurs by another tenant, there's no way to know who did it. Other than that, I am happy I chose thus location despite it being a bit out if my way. The price, staff and cleanliness make it worth the drive.

It is at a good price and the worker was very friendly and explained the rules and regulations well.

The manager was the one there when I went to fill out the paperwork and start moving stuff in - she was super friendly and fast. She even gave me an additional discount to help out a bit and I really appreciated it!!!! Definitely recommend this place!

My only complaint would be by unit rollup gate is a bit broken and is really difficult to open or close. Management is friendly and the price is very fair though.
