Public Storage - Alhambra - 2101 W Mission Rd

Everything smooth and easy very clean sadly I saw no human on site help and dolly's were minimal

I must say that the service at my location was superb! The location was clean and well kept and I was given a proper tour. I plan on using Public Storage for a very long time!

clean area, adequate space, free use of hand trucks and so far, they've always been available

The attendees' hospitality was great. But there was only one dolly for use in the entire property. They said that the rest were all stolen. Hence wheneve I was at the property, I needed to carry my heavy loads of stuff down a long hallway one by one. It was a very hectic move.

Very helpful site manager, and extended hours compared to other facilities is grateful.. Very clean and well lit.

Customer service is great and they have better deals then any one in the city of Alhambra. Been here for 4 months and haven't had any issues at all

The clerk was polite and courtesy and did a great job of informing me of what Public Storage had to offer to suit my needs. I was very pleased. Before I had went to another place and I was trying to asked about, what I now know is a climate controlled storage area. The people at the other place looked at me like I was crazy and made me feel unwelcomed. Public Storage helped me figure out the space I needed and offered other accessories, such as boxes and packaging supplies if needed. It was a much better choice than the first place I had went to.

Pattie was friendly, courteous and professional. She was happy to show me the two different storage units I was deciding on. She explained everything I needed to know and did it with a smile even though I was the last customer of the evening.

Mellissa was a fantastic in helping me with my unit couldn't be happier hope all your employees are as courteous and helpful as her she's awesome deserves a raise she's that good anyway thanks for helping me

I walked into Public Storage knowing that I needed some space and the staff was completely helpful during my difficult move to a smaller home. They explained everything and answered all of my questions with a helpful smile. The facility is so clean that I had no problem moving my things right in.
