The whole process of renting the unit was very easy. The staff was very helpful and polite .. this is a big thing for me. It has been very easy to access my unit. I would certainly recommend Public Storage and will use it in the future if I need it.

Leslie was very helpful and made my move very easy.

This storage site is very clean and is an incredible value. The property manager is very helpful and answered all of our questions. The hours to enter the facility are also better than most other storage facilities.

Kasey was truly amazing and helped us figure out the best space for our items. She showed us multiple units and was extremely friendly throughout the entire process. She even saved the day when we severely underestimated how much space we needed and was able to get us another smaller unit right next to the first unit. Without her hard work and cordial attitude, move in day would have been a disaster!

Was looking for a unit to store some stuff for work. I checked out the one over on Sepulveda and unfortunately the available units weren't ideal for my needs. Brenda told me about their Jefferson location and they would have units that would be better fitting for my need. I went over to the Jefferson location and Kasey took really good care of me found me a unit that works best for my needs. Overall it was a great and easy experience!

This was the 1st time to use Public Storage and Kasey was extremely helpful telling us the rules and showing us how to access our unit. She put us at ease. We like having a code to use the elevator to take us to our floor. It gives the feeling of security personally and for our belongs. The hallway floor needed sweeping.

Very helpful staff and great ease of use. Good value in the pricing although you should be advised that you can't get a partial rent refund if you use a unit for 1 day after paying for a month, you pay for the whole month. Otherwise great storage and very nice people.

Facility is clean and Employee was very nice and very helpful. I feel very comfortable and safe when I go there. Well lighted and good security. Very nice Storage units available.
