My experience was excellent, the manager Evelin was very helpful in answering any questions and concerns.

First time renting a storage unit and man what a treat. Everything was just sooo easy and the guy helping us, ugh I wish I remembered his name. But he was great!!!! Made everything smooth sailing. Definitely my "go to" storage facility

There are a few things that I experienced as a first time user that I has lead me to give a 2 star rating. The first is the carts are not available in each area - they have to be checked out from the office which is far from my locker. With that being said... I went 3 times to the storage unit and needed the cart and the office was closed. I came back when it said they would be back and it was closed with a different time as the return time. The second issue is that the lights don't turn on when I open the storage unit and its dark and I have to look for the light switch down the hall. I also noticed rodent pack in the corners that I did not notice when I first saw the unit and this makes me a little weary that my boxes that have some side opening will have rodents or insects in them when I take the boxes out. Overall, I do think an upgrade would help customers have a better experience and having someone in the office at all times. The last comment would be to have longer hours... open earlier than 9:30 and close a little later than 6 pm. It is a little difficult for working individuals like myself to access units. Thank you for hearing my comments. I am not sure if there is anything Public Storage can help me with at this time.

Good place to store your items- very clean and has elevators so you don't have to carry your storage up stairs.

Space is adequate, and location is good. Property is always clean, and management always helpful. Highly recommend for storage needs great and small.
