Customer service was good. Renting a unit was easy. The only thing is whole walking to go see what unit work for me, I stepped on a huge nail on the floor. I had to pull out with my hands and I was bleeding. I guess another guest must have dropped it when moving in or out of a unit

Few days ago, i went to get some things from the storage, when i park at the loading zone, were some trash on the floor, i move it, ( the trash ) to the side, and i did my things, when i left, i was on the way home, i receive a call from storage office, lady was kind agressive and rude saying that i left trash on the loading zone, i ask her to check security camera again and call me back, she did, and she call me back, saying bla bla bla about rules of the location, she saw on the video that i dindt, and didnt apologize for the way that she talk to me first. Im looking for another storage on this days to move my stuff from this location.

It was a very simple online process and a call to confirm my move-in. The code was SMS Texted and emailed to me, my lock was waiting for me inside my unit when I arrived. Great process and service, very clean facility.

Very easy in and out in under 2 hours for a full 10x15 space.

Check-in was quick and easy. Their COVID-19 adjustments were great. The unit was clean. Very happy with my decision to use this facility. The price was excellent. I only wish I could have used by apartment insurance instead of having to buy their coverage, but not mad since I got such a great for 10'x15' unit ($1 first month/$81 mo. after that.-size can accommodate four rooms.) The service was amazing with a highly professional and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you Public Storage and staff.

This was the best case scenario for "needing a public storage last minute", we first called the number on the website to set up an appointment. The receptionist was very flexible with our requests and took all of our information in a matter of minutes, she even suggested our preferred storage unit size. After our call I received my appointment confirmation with instructions, upon arriving public storage employees were taking safe precautions during Covid-19 but even then the service was very professional. My storage unit was ready to access, after I got set up for recurring payments. While we were moving our furniture we noticed the staff walking around with a clip board making frequent checks on every unit for security reasons. I left feeling really happy about my investment and beyond satisfied with how easy it was to arrange this even during a pandemic. Thank you to the staff at the Alameda site in Huntington Park!

So easy and everyone helped me a ton. I called a bunch and I had to go change some stuff after initially setting everything up and they never seemed annoyed - just really helpful!

Why need of a key to use the bathroom when is not even clean. And we need our pin to come inside the building anyway. But everything else is good

I would recommend Public Storage to my family and friends and anybody looking for a storage unit.

Great experience only problem you have to buy the lock they offer if don't want the lock you will have to find a place that possibly sells it cheaper and come back with the same type of lock they offer if not your spending a good twenty dollars for the lock if you come to think on it they make over 80,000 dollars just in locks per public storage depending on how many units they have. So is it really necessary to force it upon your customer to buy a lock ? Just putting it out there other than that prices are awesome at affordable rates .

Honestly I'm very much pleased with the cleanliness and the amount of space in the facility. I'm happy and feel very safe to be hear. I greatly recommend this public storage on Alameda to everyone in Los Angeles!

I love my Public Storage at the Huntington Dr. South in El Sereno. I was going through a difficult time at home and had to downsize. The process for me was easy because of the amazing staff at this site. The site manager Lydia was very helpful and friendly both her and her assistant Linda made me feel right at home. I feel they went above and beyond to make my transition easier, I feel I made some new friends. The location hours work perfect for me and this site is alway very clean and well lit at night. I love my Public Storage and my new found friends.
