I have been a public storage customer for over 10 years and have seen the dark side of this company, however, Jasmine and the new facility have changed my opinion of what is possible at public storage. A great price, outstanding customer service and a very clean facility made me glad I gave them a second chance.

My move was very easy. I paid ahead of time. The only downside was there was miscommunication on the opening time. I was informed Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll have access as early as 6 AM and they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open till 9:30 AM and access doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t start until 9:30 AM.

Rent for month great. No moving deals

I am a person with disibility (ada), and the lady did not want to assist me. The front counter lady had a nasty attitude. She yelled at me and threatened to not rent to me after trying to hush me about what she did.

The service was really good despite the COVID-19 situation.

My experience was really good. There was a communication mix-up with a staff member. But it was resolved. I definitely recommend this place.

Unit price with Discount was great. Interaction with On-Site employee of Public Storage was efficient and quick.

Overpriced and dirty units

I almost never give 5 stars ,but I was seriously considering it on the account of how the gentleman assisted me . He handled himself in a very professional manor . Never once did he not fully answer my questions . Even after I had doubts about the homeless encampment outside the property. I feel confident he will make this a none issue for my rental. I hope this was helpful. Joseph

Great storage facility.

Garry on the phone was incredible personable, nice, and knowledgable and talked me through getting an incredible deal. I wish I could leave him a personal review. The location of the facility isn't the best but the staff were also very personable and had a nice sense of humor. Everything was transparent and easy. Only issue I had is that upon viewing my unit, there was a massive hole in the wall (bigger than my fist) and because of that I am nervous about bugs or rodents getting into my things, but other than that it was a nearly perfect experience! Love Public Storage.

Prices raised too much!!! They squeeze their customers. The last raise was 20%!!!!! And the previous one which happened in less than 6 months since I got the unit was 17!!! They really take advantage of your customers!!!

Great value first month free, polite attendants to me, not others. Dumpsters locked and closed behind gate. No where to put unwanted trash, so had to pack it in my car, after searching everywhere for no garbage cans, lol, too ridiculous. Seen them be witchy to people about bringing cart back, the kids bringing carts back for parents assured them "repeatedly" after asked over, and over that they returned carts. Why ask so many times, lazy? They keep padlock's on the carts.

Javier, leslie and carien gave a good service when I went to public storage. They were also very friendly.

Great place, great people,with all the convenience and equipment for moving and storing your belongings . Friendly staff, very clean/secure facilities.

I absolutely love this place... The service here is Amazing the best I have ever Experianced. Alex is a great big help and so is Javier. They always smile and get to you as soon as they can

My only comment is that company policy does not allow refunds for units rented and cancelled within 24 hours and never used - this is not fair and it is probably in violation of California's buyer's remorse laws. I really appreciated that Kevin Bacica went to bat for me and got me a partial refund of as much of my prepaid fees as he could. Keven really rocked. But the company should empower it's local employees or property managers to authorize such a refund and not require the consumer to call on the District Manager to get satisfaction.

Casey and her co-worker were very helpful and efficient. They answered all my questions and got everything ready for a smooth move. My space was clean and ready for my move in. Thank you!
