I do appreciate the price/deal you gave. And maybe your security measures are vital, but its inconvenient to come into the office and leave ID just to use the (chained and locked) dolly-cart to load and unload AFTER entering the premises via gate code. Then having to go through the process to return the dolly-cart. And all the while, having to circle the building to get to the "ONE" working elevator which, incidentally, is farthest from my storage unit.

The location is easy to get to. The storage units have higher ceilings. The staff were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions with professionalism and patience. The rental process was easy and the vacating of the unit was also easy. Would rent from here again.
