Very efficient rental experience. I rented a unit from Public Storage many years ago and remember signing lots of hard copy paperwork. This time, it is all electronic and quick to complete. The on-site manager was courteous and helpful.

Initialization was fairly straightforward and no-frills. However, the limited office hours make it difficult for folks who need to move things either very early or after work. As a result, tasks like moving large boxes, mattresses, & furniture are difficult because, without access to the office, there is no access to carts & dollies. Additionally, not having the ability to access material between 9pm and 6am makes it difficult in case there is something essential to be accessed in that time period.

They were so patient and attentive to making sure I got exactly what I needed, even to the point of staying after hours to answer questions and complete my transaction. I have been with Public Storage for over 2 years. All I have to say is Regina is the best there is when it comes to customer service. Regina goes above and beyond on a daily basis and made my move into my new storage unit go seamlessley. Regina always greats customers with a welcoming smile and ensured all questions were answered and move in needs met. This facility is by far the best I have ever used. Regina/Willie are really nice. I lost my keys and they where informative and helpful. I thought I would have to pay a lot for anew lock but it was only 20 bucks.

I went in to ask questions regarding possible getting a small storage, and I was greeted by this wonderful, helpful and kind person, Jamie. She made my experienced so easy that a toddler could do it! I got my storage the same day and she took the time to walk me through it, just to make sure that I understood everything. It was a very easy transaction. Jamie was very concern, she gave me some tips on how to store my keys and passcode.
