Public Storage - Los Angeles - 11625 W Olympic Blvd

My unit is on the top story. Part of the ceiling seems to be weak and am hoping it just looks that way.

Process is easy to go by. Actually got thrown off by the location because there's two on Olympic Blvd. Other then that, it's quick and easy to access.

The you lady was professional and clear with me and helped with reducing the cost. Very convenient in distance and time from my home.

This was the first time I have used a storage unit facility.

Customer service was great. Spare foot worked great. Got competitive prices.

Everything about the unit is fine. I don't like though that the price increases so much and the first month wasn't free. Especially during a pandemic it is safe to assume that people are moving because of financial reasons and public storage decides to increase their rates to $211 per month? That's very insensitive but then again it's a supply and demand I guess.

The facility itself is quite clean, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a bit difficult to move larger items like couches when the doors arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t very large at all. Even for the ground floor, the doors to get to the storage facilities are no bigger than standard human doors

I reserved a unit for a certain price, and they would not rent me my unit for that price. Instead I had to rent a smaller unit for more money. Then, despite having renters insurance that covers storage units, I was forced to buy extra insurance. Then I was given the wrong instructions about how to remove that insurance at a later time.

The front office agent was very kind & helpful on my appt check in date. She was very nice, professional and efficient.

Kenyon and Trenton were great. They showed me a few units and got me the right one I needed for the right price. I highly recommend this location, good customer service and slightly out the way of traffic.

Kenyon was very helpful, thorough and professional. The terms of my contract we're explained concisely. And, most importantly, I'm saving $80 a month!

I didn't know what I needed and Kenyon and Trenton helped me out immensely. They were both warm and friendly from the get go. We went through all the options at my pace, I never felt rushed or like I was being taken advantage of. They seemed to genuinely want to get me the right unit for what I needed. Thanks! I just checked in, to the public storage on West side and wonderful lady name Jasmine, was extremely helpful and thorough about services and storage units available, I am renting a unit today, very clean, great service!!!!!

I have dealt with different storage locations in the past and I must say, this location is the most organized and professional office of them all. The two agents at the front desk, Amber and Trenton, were very helpful and instrumental in making a stressful situation, calm. The two agents should be commended for their attention to detail and customer service skills. Bravo Zulu, as we would say in the military.

I was helped by two wonderful and nice women! Erika and Jasmine they here extremely helpful! They help me get a unit at a great price! They went step by step to ensure I understood everything. I've never received service like this I have dealt with public storage for 13 years! I can't thank these women enough! Great service overall

Between doing research online for a great storage facility and talking to the staff, it was easy to decide on Public Storage. The choice was made even better when the paperwork and fees were clearly explained and no "hidden" costs every showed up.
