Unhappy Renter
Friendly service but didn't like that insurance on my unit is required! Also, half of my unit is at half height so I'm losing a lot of storage capacity and have to kneel down to access the back half of my unit. You can see this wasn't how the unit was initially built. It was reconfigured, most likely to increase the amount of lockers they can rent out.

If it wasn't for Sara working being as friendly, personable, knowledgable and efficient as she was, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I left several messages, none of which were returned. I will definitely be returning to this Public Storage as a result of her service!

I rented a space in Los Angeles...3x5 I like the space but the price was a little high. Also the only bathroom in the facility is a Porta-John which is out side. Other than that everything else is cool!
