The property manager is very attentive and answer all the questions clearly. They reached out to me even before I moved in to make sure I have everything I need.

I got a great deal on a month to month contract here, $1 first month rent, wow. The place is also super clean and tidy, the employee who helped me was very accommodating.

The staff was very professional and courteous.

Despite having both phone and email confirmation, when I arrived I was told that my reservation had been cancelled as a "no show." So for 10-15 minutes, I had to stand there while the customer service agent tried to figure it out. Thankfully there was still a room available and the agent was very helpful and thorough for the rest of the interaction, but the cancelled reservation was simply unacceptable.

Second time renter. Dorian was as good as it gets. Knowledgeable and professional. Fair price. The lighting in the hallways could be improved. Elevator works great.

I am glad to say that our experience with Public Storage had been very positive. But, I have a suggestion that would have made it even better: Telling your customers that there is nobody at the desk after 6:00 PM to give back the driver's license if the customer happened to be still in the building with a cart. This is very inconvenient and maybe dangerous, driving back home without a driver's license is not a good idea!!

Regarding food storage, whom i still must call customer service about, the custodians said that food is not allowed. Upon reading my downloaded and signed cotract, it says "improperly packaged foods not allowed in storage." So you get my drift here. The custodian said my canned goods would be ok. So i still now must call customer service to iron things out. I do not care for being told something that is not necessarily true. That does not fit well with your business model.

I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the staff was at this location. Both Kevin and Vetonio rock! So helpful, so kind and generally nice guys! Vetonio has a sense of humor which always makes everything more fun. I am so happy with my choice to rent here and I recommend if you are on the westside that you check out this location.

I used this place for a one day luggage storage option and it worked out well with their $1 first month promo (plus $20 processing). Just remember that you have to bring a key lock or they'll charge you $20 to buy one from them. They're also $5 across the street at CVS.

They get 1 star off for their high prices. Other than that, it's a great place for storage, clean and safe. The staff is very good, helpful and friendly. In particular Leslie, who helped my Mom to her storage space and took great care of her. The property manager Shannon, also went out of her way to provide great service.

We checked out several local storage facilities before making our selection. This facility is well maintained (clean) and staffed by a very friendly and professional team. We were helped by Suzannah Castro and Cynthia Barajas. These ladies are super efficient and very personable; making a somewhat tedious sign-up process quick and easy. Thank you Team!

Very clean, new facility in Playa Vista, CA. Keypad to enter lot is located somewhat inconvenient but facility is clean and new. Initially there were some elevator issues but they seem to be working fine now. Moved from another older facility in Culver City. MAJOR upgrade. Courteous and helpful staff.

I spent a good 5 minutes trying to get to the second floor because I was not told both elevators had their each control box.

It was an easy move in and out. The woman that helped us was amazing! I feel so ridiculous that I don't fully remember her name. I think it was Cheryl. Anyway, she made our move a very pleasant one and I will be sure to recommend anyone who cares to listen to this location. Thank you!

Well they were excellent, right until they raised the monthly price on me, and their monthly specials on their website was a lot less than my new rent. So I got my stuff and left. Oh well, everything else was good so no other complaints other than the rate increase.
