Public Storage - Los Angeles - 1712 Glendale Blvd

It's a storage unit. Fair price for the size and area. Let's see how long it takes for Public Storage to start raising the rent to absurd amounts. Really looking forward to that. ?

Jesus & the other staff here do an excellent job at maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the facilities. When I came for a second visit one of the alarms was set off by a customer and the ladies on staff responded to it quickly and effectively. Jesus also followed up with my request for a tarp by checking the main office when I didn't see one on the racks. Thank you for making me feel like my belongings are in safe hands!

The manager was friendly, accomodating and professional. The site was immaculately clean and easy to access.

Very friendly and competent staff. Only drawback is the keypad for the entry Gates. You have to get out of your car to use these. All in all a good place.

Dalila and Angelica were professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. This was the first time I was renting a storage unit, and it was a great experience. The location is great, and it's clean and well lit too! I highly recommend them for all your storage needs.

I had to switch Public Storage locations and in the last two days Angelica was so good at staying in communication with me. It really made me want to commit to this location instead of flaking out. When I got here to pay for my reservation Angelica and Dalila were really welcoming and easy going. Made me feel really comfortable right away. Love this place.

Went in to make a payment. The staff is always helpful and able to answer any questions or concerns i may have. I Was assisted by a very nice young lady named Angelica, who made my visit quick and easy. On my way out there were two other employees who were busy helping other customers. The staff here is excellent, and the main driving reason for me being a customer here as long as I need a storage facility.

This place is nice, clean and safe. It is slightly inconvenient to not get in after 6pm but on the other hand it is safer this way not to be in a storage unit after dark. All in all, I still recommend this place.

When you reserve it doesn't tell you you have to buy insurance which is extra, as well as a move-in fee.

Having never rented a storage locker, I had many questions and some concerns. The lady who helped me, did a wonderful job answering questions and putting my mind at ease

the office people is not helpful and keep selling to me boxes ,lock, Masking tape instead of some other things like auctions on the site which i ask her

Great service at the Eagle rock location. I would recommend this place to anyone. Staff is very friendly and location is well kept.
