Friendly and clean very attentive supportive and always punctual happy to be there specially knowing my stuff is safely secured .

Wish it was open during business hours and not just for a couple hours. I think short of sraff

Was broken into last year. Insurance I was forced to buy was useless. Employee stated not much they can do!!! Now see on Nextdoor others experienced same and people getting arrested at facility for break-ins again this week. I am being charged a rate nearly double the teaser rate posted

Special shoutout to the nice young lady who assisted me through my move in process at the location I'm currently using, her name is Kimberly, she's very kind, professional, & deserves whatever good type of kudos that her management team can allow. Thank you for the great service Public Storage team & the assurance of knowing my belongings are in a safe place as well.

Very impressed with Ricky! He was polite, very professional, and explained process and system in a very clear and easy to understand manner. He was by himself, but mansged to help 3 customers at the same time, without loosing a beat. Very impressed with his skills and how people oriented he was! He is an asset to your company! I give him a 10!!!!
