They wher nice and helpful to me and my mom when we rented our storadge spot. And explained everything witch is kinda hard bein that my mom is very hard of hearing they wher really nice to us .

No hassle it all, but it will nice to have more carts available at the facility. Only one is not enough. Thanks.

I would like to start by giving two thumbs up on this review to both amazing members Wendy and Lorena. They made our experience here simple and stress free. I mean we all go through enough with our daily lives, and at that point when you have to find a place to store your belongings a storage is always best. That being said both Wendy and Lorena locked in our deal after our reservation. What a relief!! Thank you ladies for all your hard work. And for having the courage to be there all day with that little ticking sound.

I just want to thank Wendy for such a wonderful experience and great customer service. Such a sweet and helpful person. Definitely glad I made the choice in storing here at 6th street and getting great help and knowledge from Wendy. When Sylvia asked me for a review I wanted to do more because this review won't do enough justice to how great of a person she is. Amazing customer service since I walked through the door. She answered all my questions and was very understanding. Such an amazing employee and definitely referring anyone who needs storage needs to Sylvia.

Annoying about all the extra fees, had to buy their lock, their insurance, and pay $24 for move in, but clean and safe feeling facility.

I like the convenience of the location. The site is clean and the staff is helpful/friendly. I did experience a bit of difficulty last weekend. I borrowed a dolly to move some items inside my unit. In order to borrow the dolly you must leave your driver license or ID with the front desk for the duration of the dolly's use. When I returned to get my ID the office was closed with a sign noting that staff would return in 15 minutes. By the time the staff returned it had been closer to 30 minutes. By that time 3 of us were waiting to get our ID's back. It wasn't a major issue, however, I had another appointment scheduled. So my quick 15 minute trip to the storage turned into a 45 minute trip.
