Public Storage - Los Angeles - 300 Avery St

Clean, secure, good people. This location really shined some light on dark times. I feel safe storing items here while the world sorts itself out!

I had a really good experience with Leia the day I moved things into storage. A few days following, another worker with PS, I think her name is Amanda was kind and courteous as well.

In my business, I have a need to go to many different storage facilities. The Public Storage on Avery St. has great access hours and more importantly, a very convenient loading dock and large elevator. Office staff is friend and in particular, Daniel, is very helpful with my needs. If you are in the need for storage in the arts district, I recommend checking them out.

Michelle was one of the friendliest and most professional manager I encountered in Los Angeles for the past year. It's a breath of fresh air to have such humanity in her heart and understanding to make room for you to handle your move in the fastest, easy and most effective way. Thank you Michelle for caring for us ( panicked and confused between apartments clients ;)..) we appreciate it and I wish you all the best !!! Such a lovely hard employee with great work ethics!!!

Mario is always greeting us with friendly smiles and always ready to help whenever we need anything-- may it be questions about our contract, showing us other units, and even volunteering to help us with our move from one unit to another. Kimberly is as helpful and friendly. She is so patient with us when we asked her to show us different units. This place is very convenient to home and there are many restaurants and bars around. Because of the location and super nice staff, this place deserves a five stars!

This place is great. The only thing that could be better would be longer hours. Check in was a snap. Reserved online. Convenient! Staff was so nice and helpful. Everything explained perfectly. I would recommend Public Storage without hesitation. Manager is excellent!

Mario the manager at the storage on 300 Avery st was Great very in tune with my needs and had a ton of good info to answer all my concerns and questions. Very good guy to be running that location

The woman who help me know a lot about what I was going to meed as far as the size of the storage space I would meed. She was very knowledgeable about all the stuff that I would need to pack my stuff in. The people there were very courteous to me and vary knowable.
