Ashley has been extremely helpful accommodating and answers questions and assist me promptly even when she's really busy she always finds time to help me out on certain things and I need the dolly the restroom I appreciate all she's done and is doing for me and Darlene was the initial contact and she was great too and had the pleasure of working with her at another location she filled in for so you have a great team there thank you so much

The access hours on the website for the storage unit were incorrect and this should definitely be updated as it was a surprise on the day of our move in. However, the woman at the storage unit was so wonderful and allowed us to stay past office hours to complete our move in! A for customer service, but definitely need those hours updated on the website!!

it was a pleasure to come back to the Public Storage family for the third time. The ladies at the Panorama locations were extremely helpful and professional. I would be coming back to them time and time again. Definitely a role model for all your other locations.

Great customer service -- Amanda is really chill, friendly, competent and capable. Rented several spaces here, all exactly as described. Online bill pay makes it extra convenient.

My experience this morning at this location in Glendale was well received, Seth was very professional and friendly, with goid spirit, he explained everything to me very well, and I was able to understand my contract agreement and what I was signing. Totally satisfied.

My mother made a payment with manager Jessica and she was so kind and patient. She took the time to lookup my mothers information since my mom did not have her account number. Considering moving to her location now, better access hours and closer to my mother but also outstanding customer service. Make sure to ask for Jessica next time you visit this location, she won't let you down!
