Great customer service

Isaac was incredibly helpful and explained everything to me with accessible language and transparency. I get confused easily with paperwork and fine print, and he walked me through everything with stellar patience. The sign-up costs were higher than advertised online, but the amount Isaac estimated over the phone was right on point. Load-in was incredibly easy. My unit was clean when we got there. While my unit is not climate controlled, the building was cold when I was there, which is nice. It's only my first month there, but I am only anticipating good things! Only critique: It would be nice if their access hours extended past 6PM, as a lot of people work from 9am-5pm. I work day shifts often, so it'll be a bit difficult to find times to access my unit - but I made sure to put things I don't need frequent access to in there just in case.

This storage place is the place to store u'er goods n not be depressed about unprotected storage, staff is there when Public Storage open n when closed no one person is allowed inside so this is why I rated a ***** because my goods is always safe luv Willie

I came into public storage a few days ago. This was my first time using a storage facility. Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining prices and the best size that will work for me. He was so good that all my stuff fit perfectly in the unit he recommended :)

Was in a Rush to store my valuables and Rick who was working that day, was not only efficient but a cool cat. He made paperwork easy and gave me solid options, made a stressful situation so not stressful....thx Rick! Plus the building is epic!

Building is exceptionally clean & managed by Mario, Christian and staff with impeccable customer relations skills! I feel that all of my possessions that I am storing at PS 20733 are safe & secure without question. That is why I currently have 2 units there! My huge complaint is with executive management moving great employees to other locations constantly. This is a fatal move on executive management's part, especially when you are trying to build confidence in customers & employees as to Public Storage's commitment to providing the very best in storage alternatives compared to the rest of the storage facility industry options! What gives Ronald L. Havner, Jr.? Why do you do this to the very customers that pay your salary & the amazing staff at PS 20733?
