Have used public storage in the past always had a very pleasant experience. Property manager at my location was very nice and perfessional. Will recommend to family and friends

I looked storage near me and found this place. I did the online part first, then called and spoke to the young lady in the office. I let her know I needed to get in that afternoon and what time. I was running a little late but to my pleasant surprise my untt was ready, a lock on the door. It was quick with the pa Paperwork, and got the cart to make 1 trip. Best customer service. Social distancing, and all proper precautions were already in place!

Omg this public storage manager is awesome very helpful and informative. They make sure you know what you are getting and they never mind showing you the units. The units are neat and clean. Only two things I would change is they need to stay open later and the elevator is out and has been out . But other then that this place is awesome.

Stephanie has good customer service , she gave me all my boxes without any hassle. She's a good helper and we more people like her in that branch... Thank you

Stephanie and Gary are hilarious but very professional people. They took the time to get to know me and my needs. I only went in for one item and was schooled on the other things I would need to make my plan a successful one. Thanks you these two wonderful knowledgeable individuals.

I love this facility! Especially the employees. Stephanie the property manager is very awesome .she's very helpful and polite .she helped with getting what I need far as boxes and tape. We need More people like stephanie working In customer service. Keep up the fantastic job.

I was in need of a large roll of stretch wrap I stopped into one location and they were out of it, so I was routed to another location around the corner where I was warmly greatly by Stephanie. She was very polite and helpful I was just going to purchase one in all hopes that it would be enough. Stephanie insured me it would be but advised to be on the safe side to get two and If I didn't use the other she informed me that I could returned it as long as I had the receipt. I listened to her advice and purchased the two and ended only needing one so I went back down and returned the other, she was extremely busy when I got there, but she handled me and the other customer with ease. Thank you Stephanie for your help and the outstanding service you provided me in my time of need.

I wish my location had all around time access. It's inconvenient since I work late that I can't go to storage to get a few things
