Very good service though I didn't get the locker I reserved

I felt relaxed with the attendant.. And my belongings would be safe there....

The girls at this location were super helpful.

The manager and staff were great, especially with helping me arrange a moving truck to unload my things after my cross country move.

I came in last week to swap storage units, I needed a larger unit. I don't usually write reviews, but Jasmine at the front desk was great! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had some complications with trying to get a larger unit. This was on my end though, and she made it much easier. Overall her service was fantastic, she's definitely good at what she does. If your looking for a public storage in the area I recommend this one, since there's quite a few in the area.

My experience at this property was absolutely amazing. Jackie had great customer service. She was super energetic and helpful. I will be returning in the future.

This facility is kept very nice and clean ! And Jasmine was TOTALLY AWESOME !!! She was as sweet as can be and was the sunshine in our awful day ! We love the fact we THAT this facility is an all enclosed building, rather than a yard with a fence around it. Thanks Jasmine for all your help !

Good overall experience.

I recently moved back to LA from school up north and I needed a place to keep all my stuff that I couldn't keep at my dad's. I was pretty lost about what to do and I honestly didn't have too much money to invest in storage space. A friend of mine recommended this place on Durango Ave and I thought it was worth a try to ask some questions. I was so happy I got to talk to this girl Brenda. She was serious about the whole thing and didn't make me feel like I was annoying her with all my questions which I had many. She was super nice and understanding and I feel like she really hooked me up. I decided to go ahead and rent out a space and she didn't try and sell me on something over the top that I didn't need. Good looking out to be honest. I had to write this review because I think good customer service especially the honest kind is meant to be recognized. Anyway thank you Brenda and I loved your eyeliner!

Public storage is a great company and has great employees. The rates are within reason of other storage rental companies in town.
