If the units had lights that would stay on only for ten minutes or when the door is open, that would be nice. The employee who helped me when I rented the unit was very courteous and helpful before I rented it, and a lot less so afterwards. Try to keep it consistent one way or the other.

What i like about public storage is that the employees are extremely nice, helpful and sincere. The facility is very clean, secured and orderly.
