Magali was super helpful and kept checking in on me. I had to change my date 3 times due to moving issues that came up and she never made me feel bad about it. She let me look at a couple different units to make sure I had the perfect size for my belongings. Very secure and safe. I didn't feel like I had to worry about my belongings while it was stored here. Definitely recommend using this place.

No matter when I come into this location, I am always greeted with a smile by Tangela. This other staff are pretty nice as well. The area is always clean and well maintained. I'm able to grab items I need before work and return the items back into my storage space after work. I would recommend this location to any in the area that needs a safe, clean place to store some stuff.

Stopped by with some questions and met a young lady named Brandi who was both knowledgeable and professional. Answered my many questions with patience and a pleasant demeanor. She couldn't have been nicer. In this day and age it was great to see someone who cares about her clients.

Thus far I've had the best experience working with Public Storage to meet my storage needs. I recently moved from Chicago to Los Angeles in December 2014. I needed a place to store my furniture and belongings that was conveniently located, affordable, clean, and with great customer service. I must say, the Public Storage on Airdrome street here in Los Angeles has met all of those needs and more. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable! The staff person that gave me a tour of the facility ended up providing me with a perfect unit right near the elevator so it made it very easy for my mover to move my things back and forth from the parking lot to my unit on the second floor. I don't plan on keeping my unit for more than 2 or 3 months because I will no longer need it after I move to my new apartment in March. However, if I ever need a storage unit again Public Storage on Airdrome street will be my first choice. Thank you for your excellent service! I'm certainly a satisfied customer!
