The Willoughby location in Los Angeles has done nothing but provide exceptional service and facilities and access that meet our needs.

Nice place but closes at 6 every day

The facility is well maintained and my "move-in" was smooth and professional.

unreasonable, I was not explained the payment schedule properly, and charged a late fee of 20$ on the day I thought payment was due.

So far so good. Would be nice to have longer hours that go into the later evening so those of us who work during the day can get there during the week. Would also be helpful to have more than two dollies for the entire facility. Other than that it's pretty much what I expected. Great customer service so far

It was Perfect

Megan and Mike made the whole moving experiances pleasant and made me feel safe during a very stressful move. Megan was through but quick in reviewing all the fees and costs and felt very secure in this space. Many thanks to both Megan and Mike for making this tough day better!

Phenomenal service. Megan was a lifesaver. I had never used a storage facility before, and Megan took the extra time to walk me through everything until I was comfortable. She remembered me by name, always greeted me and made sure all was good. There is good service and great service, and then there is above and beyond. Megan always went above and beyond. I guarantee you that regardless of the area I'm in, I will always and only go to Megan for all my storage needs.

Megan is one of the best employees/managers I have ever met at any business ! I have had a unit here for quite awhile , and though everyone has been great , Megan surpasses them all ! She is extremely knowledgeable , helpful and so very nice ! She made me aware of things I didn't know and clearly and carefully answers any questions . If I had my own corporate business , I would make her my vice - president . No , actually I would make her the CEO . She would run it better than me !! Thank you Megan

Was an easy and quick experience thanks to the excellent service Megan provided in setting me up with my first storage unit. Couldn't have asked for a better 5 star service!

Megan made my entire process of moving from unit to you enough a breeze. I hate the whole moving situation in general, & I was not looking forward to having to move from one unit to another, and Megan was so was helpful, efficient and courteous during the entire process. She even went out of her way to make sure that I had a unit that wasn't too far from the last one to help out . In fact, she was the most helpful of any employee that I've dealt with my entire time storing things at Public Storage. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Particularly if she is the one working at the time :-)

The staff at public Storage was so helpful. they were kind. the facility was great and I felt like my belongings we always safe. whenever I had to get something from my unit I felt safe and was greeted with a smile. I would not use anyone else in the future.
