Public Storage - Los Angeles - 6801 Santa Monica Blvd

I give the facilities a four. I think I they could make the necessary investment in security to operate this as a 24 hour facility. Great location and easy access. The fifth star is because of the excellent customer service I received on multiple occasions from Nancy.

Staff friendly and tried to be efficient, but the manager on site clearly did not train the desk staff on how to do several basic things regarding setting up a new account. Also due to not checking to make sure everything was processed they had to have me make a second trip back in to resign all the documents. The loaner carts, although convenient to have there, could use a bit of maintenance, like tightening the screws & fixing squeaky wheels. Was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the bathroom was maintained.

Very prompt and helpful; both phone info and at at the location.

I was told by reservation specialist at my appt that the space I selected would be reserved for me and then come in 1-2 days later and pay for w signed paperwork etc. I come to sign paperwork and the unit I selected was GONE. They gave away....telling me this is their policy. Just tell me upfront and would have secured the unit w paperwork right then and there....just don't lead me on. Good news tho.....after seeing additional units with my criteria, I found a BETTER one...so just know that they do not HOLD anything without complete payment and paperwork first.

Im here for backpacking 6 months in usa, & im so lucky they have public storage which i could put & enter my 6 months items to public storage to change my gears & preparation during my backpacking. Thankyou public storage.

Mike and his team (Brandon, Maria, Mesky) are so nice! Mike helped us out when we were locked out of our unit. Thought it might take a while and be expensive to get back in but he fixed everything within a few minutes. So thankful!!!!

I have rented storage space at plenty of properties around the state and by far this location exceeds my expectations. The staff (Maria, Jesse and Eric) were beyond helpful in helping me secure the space that not only was the size I needed and easy access but also within my budget. Amazing service. Eric walked me through all my options and was very helpful with security questions. Candace called to verify I would be checking in when it looked like I wouldn't be there by the end of the day. And was very nice and helped relay the info that I was close by. Maria got me all sorted as far as all my payment, insurance, and access options. Overall it was a great experience at public storage. Thanks Eric, Candace, and Maria.

Having never used a storage unit before, I was a little nervous about the process. Brandi and Claudia were friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. I even ended up saving some money on the unit with the purchase of a few boxes and packing supplies.

The staff was so kind and the facility very clean, they had just what I needed to help me with my move and all my extras:)
