All of the employees there are very helpful and professional. There is no access to your interior storage unit after business hours, so be aware of that and plan accordingly.

Public Storage did an outstanding job confirming my reservation by making personable phone calls, they exceeded my expectation when it came to scheduling appointments to check in especially during this pandemic. The staff were extremely friendly and my experience was so great. I highly recommend them!

I like the security and space it's self. It's very clean and love it's indoors. Wish there was cameras at one of the ends. And also wish they stayed open till at least 7

Nicole was Outstanding. She was very efficient nice and very knowledgeable. And the entire time very sweet. She answered all my questions. Can't say enough nice things about her. The place is clean and very easy to access.

Excellent service, great place, and people.

I had the worst life experience Where my belongings were put somewhere I have no access to. I made a reservation online for a 5 x 5. Lee helped me throughout the whole process. He asked me the best qualifying questions so I could pick a storage unit that suited my needs. And I decided on a 5 x 7. I didn't feel like I just found a place to put my things I felt like I found family to watch out for me. Lee went above and beyond What I would expect any sales associate to do thank you so much. Anywhere else and I would've lost my damn mind

Clean facilities, helpful staff. I would have liked to know in advance about the extra fees, such as the insurance fee, which was waived because my home insurance covers my belongings. And I appreciated the 50% off the first month's storage rent.

Public storage was very professional polite & very friendly . Terry & Omarr were very good at making me feel comfortable . I viewed a unit & I took & rented it then & there . Their prices were very reasonable & the facility was clean & the security cams worked . I knew my belongings would be safe & I could sleep knowing I made a great choice with public storage ... BTW: I have to say that Omarr was very good & thorough explains my contract .. THANKS GUYS . David C.

Have been using this location of Public Storage (8460 Santa Monica Blvd) for over 20 years. Have always had first rate service from everyone at the front desk I've ever worked with. I've changed units multiple times as my needs have changed and they've always been friendly and helpful each time, trying to find me the right space to suit my needs.

Loved working with Sharon! She made everything easy to understand and do for my first time using Public Storage!

Great rate, helpful staff, clean and organized units. I wish my unit had elevator access but since it's a smaller one, it's understandable that it's only 1 level of stairs up.
