My name is Aurene.......I have to say from the time I arrived at PS in Montebello, the property manger was very helpful. She even encouraged me to get a smaller size unit but my husband refused. She was very polite, courteous, friendly and relaxed. She showed me 2 units while I was carrying my child. She waited patiently while we got on the elevator, that was very nice of her. Towards the end she gave me pointers of what not to do and how my journey here at Public Storage would be. Thank you you are truly awesome. Don't change

First time getting a storage. Andrea was very helpful. She gave me a look at my storage first to ensure it was the right size before I purchased it. She made sure my code worked properly as well. It was a smooth experience.

Suzanne was very helpful. She showed me different units other than the one I reserved and I'm very happy how things worked out. From signing the contract and paperwork she was very professional. She offered some products I would need to make my move much easier. She even saved me some money. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.
