Excellent customer service and explained the process very clear.

Poor customer service, Manager Marisol threatened me that since I didn't enter key number to get into to gate that I was trasspassing. I get they like to have things secure and it is appreciated, but, not at the expense of insinuating that customers are breaking the law. On another note, the original clerk that helped me out was real nice, but, I think that I will getting my stuff out of PS to another self storage company.

Looks like i wont be a long term customer, the longer you stay the more expensive it gets. Why make your long term cusyomers pay more then new customers. Doesnt make sense to me.

A "too good to be true" experience. Found a great "deal" online, only to get hit with hidden fee after hidden fee once I arrived.

Thank-you for the excellent service, and the storage is kept very clean.
