I feel that your company pulse advertises that there are security cameras which do not record at all times only record after gate hours and only when the motion sensors go off the reason for this is you guys say that the employees are there for security during the day well my valuables were stolen and apparently you guys don't care enough to secure the property or train your employees well enough so they can keep it secure you should have cameras when you say you have cameras you should have them recording at all times I've lost $1,000 in valuables that are family heirlooms I will never be able to get back I'm so unsatisfied with your company

Great experience! Tabitha made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as i was going thru a lot of stress with this sudden move... I felt as id known her a long time. The location is very clean and i would recommend it to others! The prices are a bit high! Would have been nice if i had some kind of move in special? But other than that, Public Storage is the only storage facility i will ever use! Thank you...
