Thanks so much to the team that worked this holiday weekend. You made my move into the unit so easy! The space is very clean and easy to navigate through as well.

Kevin was very helpful and got me through the rental process quickly. I was able to view my storage unit prior to renting. It is easy to access, the place is not so huge that you have to walk down long, scary, dark hallways for what seems like miles before you get to your unit. The entry and exit of the facility is very convenient.

1. Sent me to the wrong floor 2. Wrong sized lock 3. No carts 4. Bad signage 5. No assistance by phone 6. No manager in office

Had to move with little notice and Public Storage was the best option for me while I look for a new place.

itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a storage facility. itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not the nicest but the people that work there are super chill. if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re expecting a hotel, you probably shouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t use this, but if you know what this is, a room for your extra crap or a hold over until your next residence, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great.

Good clean space at a reasonable price

Super easy and most affordable option in the area. I know my things are safe and dry and secure. Getting it set up took 10 mins. Really nice people and helpful staff.

My boyfriend and I needed some extra space because we live in a small apartment in Santa Monica. We found this location, which was perfect, and the price sold us. We got a 5x5 unit which is just right for us, and it has a tall ceiling as well. The lady at the front desk explained everything perfectly and the transactions went smoothly. It feels safe that everyone has their own specific code to enter as well. Overall we are super thrilled that we found this location and settled on it!

The facility is convenient, affordable, and secure. Staff is polite and well-trained. I did feel that the stated sizes of the units was optimistic, at best, and that one finds out that the stored items must be insured only at the point of signing the contract. I have insurance already but had to call my agent and get proof faxed to Public Storage.

Nice office manager who was very informative. The Storage unit is very clean and the building is very cool, tempwise.

There was a lack of carts to use to move my stuff in. I was only allowed to use one. There should be an abundance of carts on a more prevalent move it date. Also the elevator time in and out was frustrating.( great for keeping homeless people out) bad for people who are paying premium prices to move in with a time schedule. Also provide two cards with codes for people at the desk again do the time goes smoother. Also if I was a single person moving in a using a car. I had to go all the way outside the gate to punch in a code to open the gate. There should be gate clickers to open the gate.

Well, I had a very good experience when I rented my space a few days ago, but the next day I recommended it to a non profit I work with, and tried to help them set up their rental- It was a 4 hour nightmare. I am not exaggerating. The promotion that I told them about was somehow not available (but you can't find that out until you've filled out all of the paperwork.) I thought it was because I was named as a person with access, and I have a space there already, but then I took my name off, and it still was an issue. In the end , after 4 hours of trying to work with the guys at public storage (who could not do anything about what the system spits out), I ended up having to go to another company. It really changed my opinion of the place- just the day before I was giving 5 stars to the woman who helped me, and she still deserves that.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional

The staff was prompt and courteous and friendly! Walked to the actual unit and went over everything and showed me where and how to access it from 2 different areas.

My last experience was quite a bit better than the one before... the only disappointment was the unit showed me when first checking out the units listed in the ad, and then the one I was shown when I checked in. but that's kind of minor. The guy who showed me the unit the first day did tell me it wouldn't necessarily be the unit he showed me if I wasn't checking in right then, but also said that the units of that size were all in the same area he showed me - the one I was given when I checked in was in a different building.

Everything was so easy to do just sign up and get your storage unit and fill it up it's that easy.

Property staff has always been friendly and helpful. Kevin, Giovanni, and Willie are a great group of guys. Keep up the good work yall.

Excellent service

We are moving from Sacramento to Venice and need to store several boxes there. Willie is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The entire check-in is quick and easy.

i really appreciated the assistance of Willy I was having a rough time , and he made this part of my day pleasant. Cant Thank him enough

Gio and Kevin are always a great help. I rent on behalf of a company and the staff has been helpful from start to finish. I have needed a couple of spaces and they've always been able to accommodate.

Great set of guys working at this location, both Giovanni and Vernon were as helpful and as friendly as could be. They got me a great deal on a storage space and answered all of my questions since I have never rented a storage space before. Thank you fellas, keep up the good work.

This Public Storage is in a great location for Santa Monica and Venice, has a great team of assistants who made it easy to get the right size of unit for my belongings and the move in as easy as possible. My only negative comment is the inconvenient opening times. On weekends it only opens between 9:30am and 5:00pm. Weekdays it only improves by one hour, up to 6:00pm. Longer and later opening hours would make it convenient for those with regular jobs.

I would like to thank the Public Storage team in Venice on 4th and rose street for their help, friendliness and professional way in serving us. It was a pleasure to be helped and they always greet you with a smile.
