Staff person was great and very helpful. The issue I have is that I spent the 5 or so minutes online filling out all the information needed for the space rental but then have to fill out of the forms again when I get to the rental facility (which takes about 10 or so minutes while it was raining). Maybe the forms can be printed at home or at the facility with the pre-filled information and a customer can just initialize and sign the paperwork? Seemed like a waste of time to do this online then repeat the process. It was helpful to reserve the unit prior to showing up though.
