Very helpful service. I feel comfortable knowing my belongings are being looked after there.

I was able to reserve and do everything on online. When I went to their office everything was complete. Being 81, the office staff set up the app for me.

Kim was amazing and very helpful and informative. We couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have felt better about choosing public storage after our experience with Kim and overall it was a great choice.

Staff is friendly, welcoming, and pleasant... location is clean and suitable, however... One bathroom has limited access in the office, which could potentially be closed and at a distance from storage unit. Very displeased that bathrooms are not always available for renters. My advice if using this location: be sure you don't need to use the restroom during your use of this location.

Staff was very helpful. The young man's name begins with an A (ask Amber, she'll know). He was training and did a great job,. His supervisor Amber was patient and helpful to him. He appeared nervous. I admire his efforts, and the pleasant customer service. Both deserve recognition, knowing that people do take notice , especially since great customer service is becoming a trait of the past. A good supervisor is supportive and sincere, ensuring her team is well trained and given reasonable time to perfect their skills.

Reserving a storage unit was such an easy process! Within one day, I had the perfect unit for my storage needs. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating--he showed me everything that I needed to know. The unit itself was the perfect, and the facility was clean and appeared very secure. Thank you!

Hospitality and facilities were great but the hours of operation aren't as flexible as I would like them to be.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is secured and clean. My husband and I were happy with how quick and pleasant the whole experience was.

I am new to Public Storage but there are a few issues that concerns me and one problem that has not been corrected. The door to my Storage unit is not working and I have problems closing it. I was told it would be repaired and it still isn't. Also, there is only one carrier to transport your belongings and on Tuesday when I came it was in use and I had to carry all the boxes to the second floor by myself and it took some time. I would think that a big company like public storage would have more than one. I will give it another month and if the door is not repaired, I will then have to look for another place to store my all my belongings.

I just vacated my storage unit after years of excellent service. I was really impressed and happy with Nathaniel. He was nice, courteous and very helpful. He didn't wait to be asked for help, he was the first to offer. I find that very refreshing and recommend this location highly.

New storage unit was full of cob webs when I moved in. Needs more dollys. Better cameras/security needed. Employees were kind.

Efficient and fast

Renting a storage & having staff that was very helpful in helping me pick the right size was a plus. Very courteous & patient with my questions. Reasonable rates too.

This is a clean facility and transaction to set up storage was easy enough. I had used the special pricing on line. My only complaint is the facility raised the price very quickly once they had our stuff in place. I suppose they know once your are in you dont want to research and move your stuff again.
