The facility is easily accessed, however, I feel that the rental fees are a bit strep for those of us on a fixed income. .

Love the place and appreciated the first month discount. But, after renting a 10'X12' unit for $177 a month, I got an email advertising the same unit for $154 and the 50% first month discount was standard. I am troubled by this and hope I can get the reduced rate applied to my account. Otherwise this will be a one month stay. Other than that, love the place.

I am based in Canada and neeeded to arrange vehicle storage for my Land Cruiser which was being serviced at a garage just down the street. It was posssible to make all arrangements online and have my mechanic drop off the vehicle. I was really happy with that.

I absolutely had a GREAT experience with Canoga. Janice was so helpful and so knowledgable! I was having a rough day going from storage place to storage place everyone having unreasonable prices or bad attitudes but Janice was wonderful. Canoga Park won't allow vehicles to be stored indoors, they wanted to store my pristine Silverado outside covered by a tarp- probably due to high theft visibility. Why won't you guys allow indoor storage of cars? Your on-site manager kept blaming the regional manager. I got a much better deal from another place around the corner. The poor sales kid had to keep calling me, probably due to some phone call quota the company has on calling leads. Too bad it's a tough sell.

It is the least expensive and most convenient facility near where I live. First month rent was 50% off which covered the admin fee. I am happy wiht it all the way around. thanks!
