Very kind knowledgeable staff clean facility had a pleasant experience

The whole amount of time was smooth and quick. In approximately 20 minutes I had all my docs signed and keys in hand. New technology helped make it paperless as well. Price just right and units are clean.

A) You get a ON-LINE agreement ONLY via EM text only. You NEVER physically sign your name to anything, it's just typed in and they just click "agreed". B) Also your initial cost (mine is $41...in 3 months they are going to hike it to $82....in 3 months following that $164... GET IT!? And nothing in writing...they said, "we'll send an EM." "Your have a week to pay or decline." 😱🤯😳😲 C. Also if you opt to vacate your locker, your requirements are that you notify them by phone and have it cleaned y emptied the last day. Legally their contract has no merit in a court of law...you can rightfully contest their very questionable business ethics. I found TONS of consumer complaints y court filings and why they aren't BBB certified....

Staff is friendly and helpful, the space is clean and taken care of. Not creepy like other storage places. The process to reserve a unit was hassle free and took very little time. The staff makes sure you understand every detail before you pay for anything.

The pricing is reasonable and the unit was clean and secure.

Helpful staff and clean environment, which makes the customer feel like they're getting what they paid for and glad that there are multiple levels of security in order to access the facility.

The facility was nice but the sales woman deliberately waited until after I had signed my lease to tell me there was no prorating. She threatened to send me to collections if I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t pay the full monthly amount for four days of storage.

Everything feels safe as you drive into covered parking to load/unload. Temperature is good throughout. Very Clean. Most importantly it feels very safe.

Was at Public Storage for years and was tires of uncleanliness and frequently being subject to price gauging. This is a much better option.

I was not notified that the units required circular locks so I bought a padlock and wasted $15. The required insurance was not clearly stated. Also, the listing for the 10x5 unit I rented was misleading. There was no information stating it was elevated 5' off the ground. If I did not have two very large men helping me I wouldn't have been able to have used it. Overall, I felt the space was not well represented and it cost me a lot more than advertised. If I was not pressed for time, I would have cancelled my reservation and gone elsewhere.

I live a really busy life, I Street Perform and Song write by day... and then work until late hours at an Upscale bar in Downtown LA. just to make ends meet... and its tough! thankfully, Uncle Bobs has been Cheap and affordable with The secure locker I rent from them. I not only have a place to put my equipment/instruments... but also from time to time my dirty laundry... yes I Know... sometimes we do it. but in all seriousness... I know my personal belongings are safe and secure. Best Place in Town.. they will make you feel right at home. Down to earth, equipped with loading docks and freight elevator in case you need to put away furniture or unwanted junk you cant seem to get rid of. They are highly recommended online... so hurry..

I've been moving on/off for years so I've been storing my things for a long time. This place is by far the cleanest one I've seen! Parking lot is small and you have to buy their lock but the drive up convince is nice and feels secure. Customer service is personalized and great! I give 5 stars based on the speed at check in, overall appearance of storage building (from outside and inside), staff professionalism, and rate for the space. What your paying for isn't the size, it's for the location and service

Online I reserved a mezzanine locker, which said nothing about "weak" floors. When I arrived I was told the locker I arrived did not have enough floor strength to hold my goods despite ample space- and If I wanted one that would I'd need to upgrade to a walk-in at twice the cost.

I reserved my space on-line and checked in without any hassles or hidden fees. The front-desk staff was really friendly (even though they were swamped). The facility is safe and clean. I have 2 very minor issues: I wish it was open a little later each night - and also, the automatic lights shut off really quickly in the halls, like after a minute and a half, not enough time to go through and find anything. Other than that, I'm very happy!

Price too high for square footage

Booking and reserving the storage unit was easy and pretty simple. Customer service was great at the Los Angeles location. Prices could be a little more competitive, but overall I had a good experience and am satisfied with my storage unit there.

I.was assisted by a woman named Taiger. She and her supervisor Veronica were courteous, friendly, and compassionate to my situation. I was storing my dying grandmother's belongings and was having an emotional time. They were caring and very helpful.

I just moved from Marlin, Texas to California and my belongings were put into U-haul storage for a month for free well I would had to use 2 of their storages because they were so small and not only that everyone can see your belongings the storages look a place dogs be place at never again. But anyway I went online to find this storage on Feb. 18 for U haul for the 2 storages would had cost me $249.00 but at Stor Quest Storage I received half off my first month storage everything was able to fit in one storage and it's close to where Im residing at listen whom ever looking for a real good clean and secured I highly recommend this storage facility and reasonable in price,

I like the accessibility the facility provides...don't like the fact that if I need a cart to move things that I must go to the office first.

The customer service was excellent. They showed me the unit before I confirmed, to make sure that it was what I wanted. The facility was very clean and secure. Very reasonable prices for the locks that they use for the units. I had to buy some extra boxes and they were probably cheaper than most packing/shipping places.

The facility is very clean,safe and conveniently located right off the 110 Freeway. Always plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and efficient. You have to buy a special lock though to use with their doors. Costs about $20. Can't really be re-used unless you have a similar door.

The women at the front desk was very quick & helpful. The building was nice & clean! I was jm and out of there in under an hour. My first storage experience was great, no complaints.

I was satisfied with the price and facilities when I moved my stuff in in late June, 2014. I am NOT happy that I have already been given an $11/month rent increase. After 4 months! I am now reading on Yelp that they continually increase the rent on existing customers. I was told by the manager that all customers get rent increases in the first 5 - 9 months. I don't feel that this is an acceptable business practice. Perhaps an increase once a year, but after 4 months? No, I am an unhappy customer who will be looking elsewhere.

Of the two people who helped me with my moving process one was rude but overall my experience was great.

Besides being parked in at one point resulting in about a 45 minute delay everything went smoothly.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Carts make moving in easy. Great place to store no matter how much you have.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Clean, well set up. Seems very secure. Staff was helpful. My only suggestion was that they should sell bottles of water! We were rushing to get our stuff unloaded before closing time - and we were all dehydrated... :-) A vending machine? Or just with the moving supplies.

The staff were very helpful to my daughter when she moved in. I had reserved a unit that was too big for what she had and the staff suggested a smaller one.

Overall very positive. This is my first time using a storage unit, and I would definitely recommend Storquest. Check in was easy, the space provided was clean, staff was friendly, and there seemed to be adequate security.

So far the experience has been pretty pleasant . . the number of homeless people that appear to be living out of the units is a little disturbing.

The only issue I had was the fact that it was so far from where I lived. I gave you guys my zip code and you picked this unit which ended up being 11 miles from my home!!! Other than that the actual storage unit itself was great

Person helping me seemed newer but was more than friendly. The space was good size and fair price. It's just a bummer that since it was a smaller unit I had to use a ladder to get to it.

Good but having a unit four feet off the ground was utterly impractical and i wouldnt pay to have a lower one because i think having 10' tall units on ground level should be understood. Nobody is going to have a good time heaving 10' tall objects (beds, furniture, etc.) four feet up

Good experience, very helpful staff. The computers were down when I moved my stuff in, so the paperwork was a bit of a hassle, but the staff handled it well, and I was out in 30 mins.

The units are nice, the location is clean, with ample, convenient parking, carts, and items for sale. They showed me the unit, and they were open to changing it if it didn't fit my needs. They made a stressful situation a little less stressful.

I forgot....because my profession requires the storage of semi-perishable supplies, I needed climate control, which I was able to get. So I am changing my rating from 4 to 4.5

I am new to LA and needed storage temporarily until I get settled and employed. Hoping to downsize, but this was THE LEAST EXPENSIVE 10' x 10' unit I could find in the LA area. Super clean, secure facility. My only complaints would be that it is about a half hour drive without traffic from my new apartment, and the access hours are limited to the office hours. However, I'm sure this is a security measure, which I appreciate. I would definitely use another StoreQuest facility closer to North Hollywood when I am ready to downsize, as long as the price is right.

I first started renting from this place about 2 years ago. It was conveniently close, had great access hours and was reasonably priced. Well, in those two years, prices have continued to go up on rent while they cut down on hours that you can access your unit. They've done this with no consultation or consideration (drop in rent) since the service they provide is being cut. Do not recommend, will find another facility.

Love how I could see what size/price units were available via my iPhone. Made my reservation, and got a phone call from their staff to confirm it. Luckily, I had read enough reviews of other places that I spent 90% of the phone conversation asking what 'hidden' fees they would charge me... So, I knew exactly what to expect. I arrived (slightly sketchy location, but hey, it's LA), filled out the paperwork in about 5 minutes, got my key and was on my way.

Very organized and clean location. Great pricing and convenient to payments. Only thing I dislike its not accessible 24 hours.

The space was less expensive than many other facilities. I just wish that I could have been told about the cost of the special lock before hand, but they worked with me and was very helpful.

I visited two other storage facilities, and Storquest was the best. The facility is nice and clean and I like the non stop music and the storage space was just right. I have easy access to my unit. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Even though I live four hours away and live on minimal income, I stay with StorQuest. Why? Because StorQuest has given me the best quality facility and customer service I have received in more than decade.

While I'm away from LA for a 6 month duration in the Bay Area, I don't worry about my possesses in storage. The facility is impressively clean providing music in the hallways with ample space to park for efficiently moving stuff. The staff is wonderfully friendly, professional and thorough. Bit expensive yet worth it.
